The apartment is situated about 10 minutes from Bolzano. The apartment is sizeable, perfect for a couple and two children. It is brand new, very spacious and very clean. It has a large terrace, with sofas, overlooking the valley with mountain views at 180 degrees. It has all the accessories needed for both a short and long stay. Simone, the host, was very helpful, friendly and hospitable. She was always there when needed. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect, beautiful views over Bolzano. Accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you could want for a stay. The hosts were super to the point of helping to repair one of our motorcycles on arrival whilst providing "refreshments on the house". All in all, would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast was excellent - good variety of foods available, good coffee, friendly staff. We had an early checkout on the last day and the staff put together a boxed breakfast and lunch for our train ride, which was very kind. Staff were very helpful.

It was really clean, a little far from the center but near the highway and well connected with the local transport. The room was really clean, with everything you might need, and even if outside was below zero, the room stayed warm even after opening the window. We tried the Spa and it was really relaxing too!

We love everything about this hotel . View from the balcony is breathtaking. Best breakfast we ever had travelling Italy . Nice staff and great location. We were given free transport card and cable car ride . Free parking was great. Don’t want to leave this hotel
