Our room was clean and bright, fully equipped. It took me some time to understand that you can order bathrobes and some other services via app, but overall it was great and very quickly delivered. Breakfast is quite good but coffee is excellent. The restaurant is perfect, with a magnificent canal view. The overall location of the hotel is superb, very close to Vaporeetto stops and right on the canal, so it gives the full experience of living in Venice. It was a great decision to stay on Murano island, away from the touristic buzz dut with full experience of Venice, just be ready to spend `20 mins vaporetto ride to Venice itself, but this is something we really enjoyed. Oh, they have a shuttle to the S.Marko, which is a very nice touch. This hotel is conveniently located, very new, clean and modern which was what we wanted because the majority of Venice hotels offer you this classic but a bit outdated style... Nice facilities, decent restaurant and panoramic terrace, and very welcoming staff and service. We didn't visit the spa, though, maybe next time. It was my Bday and I was congratulated by the hotel staff, which was unexpectedly enjoyable, thanks.

The hotel is clean and nice, and so close to Venice - only 10 min away by bus (it drives until midnight)! The bus station is across the street where you can also find a supermarket opened daily. The host is very nice, flexible, and offered us a lot of tips. The price is very good compared to other hotels and it also offers free parking on site.The perfect place to stay when visiting Venice. 😌

I always stay here when transferring through Mestre. The location is perfect. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also really good. It is very easy to visit the centre of Venice from here. Highly recommended.
