I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the Devetak family, who made us feel at home. The food was outstanding, featuring delicious local ingredients from the Carso region. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Duino. The location was perfect for us—just a short walk from the UWC college, with bus stops and great local restaurants right around the corner. The hosts were incredibly kind, always helpful, and greeted us with genuine warmth and a smile every day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tidied daily, which we really appreciated. While we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, it looked absolutely delicious each morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
