So beautiful, homey, comfortable and grand. The villa is so lovely! The trees, the landscape, the pool was exquisite and the front desk was very helpful. Our room was private, comfortable, had everything we needed and was extremely close to the wedding venue to which we were attending. I would love to return to this stay again.

Sandra and Ginevra were amazing hosts, extra friendly and helpful and make a lovely mother and daughter duo. They gave us some brilliant restaurant recommendations and were contactable whenever we needed them. The accommodation is in a brilliant location in Empoli and close to the station making it easy to get into Florence/Pisa etc. The apartment had great facilities and was well stocked as well as supplying a lovely gift of beer for us in the fridge. Would HIGHLY recommend and would 100% stay again here. It’s amazing value for money.

The location is perfect, especially for those who come with car and would like to visit more Toscanian smaller villages than only exploring Firenze. The safe private parking place really helped us a lot. The train station is just nearby, so it's also very practical to travel by train to Firenze, Sienna, Pisa and etc. The host Massimo is super helpful and kind, easy to talk to. It's really a great place to stay.

Everything was very good. The place is only 10 min from the rail station by foot and Empoli is in a strategic place. 30 min from Florence, about an hour from Siena and 30 min from Pisa (all by train)! Many good restaurants near the apartment.

Location. Beside railway station but very quiet. Room was lovely. Very modern and clean. People running the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Empoli very convenient for Pisa. Siena and Florence.
