Everything was great, we had an amazing stay dispute the bad weather. Our room was very big and cosy, food was great as well (both breakfast and restaurant). Sea is 30min away, many hikes to do in the area, plenty of small villages to visit

The host are great people, also the privacy of the place and the luxury of amazing landscape, pool and surroundings made this one memorable stay. We also experienced hand made pizza on a real wood oven and enjoyed every day the open space. As a family of 4, our kids really enjoyed the outs and amenities, the shade of the trees, the grass, the pool and the terraces. This place is ideal to disconnect, though you can find wi-fi, hopefully you will not need it. You can also walk on the river and enjoy an easy hiking. In order to get groceries, you will be better off having a car and driving circa 10 mins to get to a supermarket, where all fruits and vegetables are amazing and affordable. Beach is within one hour, but you can also stay and enjoy the pool all day. It also received the shade after 3-4 PM in summer, so ideal for kids too. The place, comfortable beds and great shower with good water pressure. Thanks to the hosts too (Mariadele and partner) for an amazing time and all the help and details (like the focaccia), we really enjoyed the time!

Very helpful staff, I was travelling by bicycle and they allowed an early checkin at 12:00 pm. Good breakfast, location is close to supermarket. Safe place to store the bicycle.

We loved everything, from the moment we arrived Vincent, Maria and Maria’s mother were extremely hospitable. They treated us like family!!! The house is incredible, full of history and stunning furniture. We highly recommend booking in for dinner it was superb, I’m celiac and they made me special meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch to take with me!! Vincent even dropped my brother in law off at the train station. The whole family were incredible!!!

Absolutely gorgeous renovation in an absolutely charming historic quarter. Very comfortable apartment, which had everything I needed. Marco was a very welcoming and extremely considerate host. He picked me up at the train station and took me to the accommodation. I’d been walking the Via Francigena and was ill when I arrived, so he took me to the hospital and translated for me, as well. I was beyond grateful.
