Everything exceeded our expectations. When I travel to Rome this is where I will stay. It was especially great to have this property only 2 Km from FCO. Friendly professional staff. Incredible room. We stayed there twice on this recent visit and the many days and there were many opportunities to have something happen and go wrong but they went out of their way to make this place a memorable experience. No other hotel in the area can compare especially when it comes to cost. The Hilton is relatively the same price at the airport BUT it does not come close to what QC Term Roma offers.

Our flight was rescheduled kids were tired and we wanted to have some rest for few hours booked this place at about 08:00am and turned up there about 09:00am. The staff was so kind and helpful specially Alex he quickly arranged two rooms for us even though check in was around 11:00am. Location is good very close to airport, clean rooms and helpful staff.

We loved the town - some great restaurants and some some good wine at reasonable prices. Watch out for the Rome taxi rip-offs and their basic 55 Euro charge for any distance. Be sure to take a Fiumicino taxi.

From the moment we arrived our hosts were wonderful.

From the moment we arrived our hosts were wonderful. They came out immediately to greet us and took our heavy bags upstairs to our room. They offered us expresso and cookies. Our room was large and modern with all the amenities needed. When it was time to leave, we were waiting for our ride share to arrive and they were late. The inn owner came out to the sidewalk to check on us, and he even called the ride share provider on our behalf to check the status. The owners when above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had high expectations for this hotel based on the photos and reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was much smaller than advertised and not very clean — there was dust on the furniture and a strange smell when I entered. The bathroom was outdated, and the shower barely worked. The staff were not helpful at all. When I asked about the air conditioning and Wi-Fi issues, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. The breakfast was poor quality, with cold coffee and stale pastries. The location was convenient, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and comfort. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Italy.

The little coastal town of Fiumicino offers a lot more than most usually think or assume, probably because it is an airport town. There are many very good restaurants on the little inland waterfront, which is cute and fun to walk down with many active bars and cafes also. There are also more good restaurants and bars etc., on the pretty beach front strip. The town is very safe, people are nice, not a bad place to spend a day at all!

Fiumicino in October is very pleasant and a nice change from the bustle of Rome. The beach is nice and the restaurants are good. It is far superior to most places you have to hang out in to be near an airport for a flight.

The walk from the Diana Home Rome FCO to the restaurants is...

The walk from the Diana Home Rome FCO to the restaurants is only 5 min. The shop owners are amazingly friendly and helpful. The restaurants are famous for their fresh seafood, and of course everything Italian. It's safe and beautiful and a tremendously coveted place to be. Ask the host about setting up reservations, or day trip info, she is exceptionally accommodating beyond any other place we visited. I will forever promote this place. I call my "Happy place" It's a 5 star all the way around. clean environment, secure, helpful and caring people, and super great value. Smiles, and love surrounds this place. I wish I could move here...I could market it 100%

I had all the necessary facilities in the room: TV, a small fridge, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the Rome Fiumicino Airport which was one criteria when choosing it. They also offer airport shuttle with extra charge. The staff was helpful and kind.
