Loved the terrace overlooking the hills and vineyards for the morning breakfast. There were numerous stations with may choices including fresh fruits, breads ,rolls, meats, cheeses, eggs and fresh juices as well as cappuccinos and expressos. The staff were professional but friendly. The infinity pool overlooking the hills and vineyards was stunning. We loved the wellness facility with the beautiful steam rooms, ice showers and jacuzzi. Every effort was made to assure your stay was one you will never forget. We loved it!

This property was situated in a great location near to Greve and Radda, Siena etc. It was super easy to get around during the day and night as we hired a car and we came here twice throughout our 3 week honeymoon in Italy. The staff were great, especially Nazli at reception is super helpful and solution focused when we had questions or needed something.

The tour or Castello di Brolio and dinner at Il Celliere a Castagnoli were highlights of our stay in Gaiole in Chianti. Although we did not do a bike ride, it seems that road cycling in the area would be terrific.

I loved the variety of food offered at breakfast including made to order coffee. I felt the customer service was lacking in all regards. We were only shown to our room, not shown the pool or other property. I assumed the "sister" property was connected this property and it was not. Our A/C did not work and they made no attempt to fix it. They simply provided us with a fan to blow the hot air around. Our little fridge was not cold so our food spoiled. There were no set hours as to when you could get a drink during the day. One moment by the pool the bar was closed; the next minute it was open.

The location was fantastic!

The location was fantastic! You are completely surrounded by beauty. The only problem I personally had was the heat... and I was unable to produce cross current ventilation in the downstairs area where my daughter slept on the sofa bed because of the lack of screens on the doors ....and you needed them because of mosquitoes and bees! Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved it .

We loved it . We loved the staff , the wine and the breakfast was magnificent. The gardens were a dream and the kids enjoyed the pool . The restaurant on-site was expensive and the kids would have loved some more basic options . The room was clean and linen good however o feel that the accommodation could be upgraded some what . The staff went out of there way to help and the most friendly hotel staff we have come across in Italy .

The property and its location are stunning. Our suite (the Margarita) is modern and equipped with everything you would need for a self catering accommodation. The grounds are well maintained and all shared areas and rooms are regularly cleaned. The onsite restaurants a highlight of our stay, happily accommodated some of our parties dietary needs. The reception staff were very responsive before our arrival and very helpful throughout. The pool was also clean and has a stunning view

If you are looking for a calm country athmosphere in Tuscany, this is the right place. A little bit isolated from everywhere yet very clean (maybe the cleanest hotel i have ever been to!). The owners are great people and helpful, too. The lady has even a sommelier certificate, so a right person to talk about wine in the region. They serve a classical Italian breakfast with a good coffee and a very good fresh juice. (Be careful this juice is highly probiotic :D)

Amazing service, they made us feel so welcome. We arrived really late, so all restaurants in the area was about to close. In 15 minutes they made us the most amazing dinner. The pool area was a dream, and the peace and quiet was amazing. The only thing you could hear if you sat outside in the evenings were crickets. The wine from the winery was also really good. We really hope to be going back some day.
