This exceptional mansion / boutique hotel is in fact a restored 17th century farm, with a gorgeous garden. The hosts, D'Angelo family, owns also L'Ancora (since 1977), a seafood restaurant in Giulianova, and is actively involved in running the hotel and restaurants. During our stay we were lucky to be the sole clients, so Gianpiero and Gianpaolo have pampered us beyond words. For the restoration, Gianpiero employed the services of Castiglia Associati (we are huge fans of Sergio Castiglia) and together have refined and imprinted a balanced and clean but yet luxurious style to the ensemble. From the restaurant menu, using local bio produce, with Chef Eugenio 'Genia' for dinner or Gianpaolo D'Angelo for breakfast to the comfortable ambiance of the rooms - Rivolta Carmignani bed linen, Dorelan mattress and high-end design the effect is spectacularly cozy. The actual feeling is that you never left home. We recommend also L'Ancora restaurant, even if you don't eat seafood, because Gianpiero and his family will cook some signature dishes especially for you. We can't wait to return here!

This hotel is wonderful. It is spotlessly clean, the landlady is great, she always makes sure your stay will be perfect, She is really helpful and kind and her partner is a gentleman who is very friendly and helpful, he also speaks good english which was great. The rooms have balconies all with a view. The facilities in room are excellent and the rooms are spotlessly clean and bright. There is a swimming pool which is fantastic with bar facilities. All the staff members here are friendly and they are also enthusiastic. There is some one at the reception at all times: so whatever time you roll in there is always someone there, you can use the bar anytime, which was great.

Giulianova is a cozy town on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. The long coastline has many wonderful beaches with golden sand. The embankment along the sea is full of flowers. There are long, comfortable bike paths that are used by many visitors to the city. For lovers of antiquity, there is a beautiful center on the hill. Food, vine and relax are perfect in Giulianova.

just brilliant, The restaurants are very reasonable, The food quality is high. The fish restaurants are well worth a visit, with fresh caught fish and sea food available on a daily basis. It is really easy to get around in the town.It has an excellent bus service plus several taxi ranks. the taxi prices are very reasonable. The cost of a stay anywhere is very important for most people. Guilianova is generally very reasonable for eating out and getting about. The Nuovo Settibi hotel is a prime example of excellent value for money. The beaches are spotless and safe, with attentive life guards in attendance.

The town is charming, and the best seafood is straight from...

The town is charming, and the best seafood is straight from the port restaurant...delicious and fresh. Lots of people come around 7 p.m., but the service is fast. The ice cream in this town is fantastic. The sea and beaches are clean. I recommend it.

Giulianova is a quiet place to spend your holidays in peace. The walk is pleasant, you can do it on foot or by bike…..truly wonderful. The places are full of varied and delicious menus. I highly recommend it 🥰

I've always come to Giulianova.

I've always come to Giulianova. It's a family-friendly place, quiet and welcoming. Don't expect elegance or nightlife. Unfortunately, almost all the chalets inexplicably close in the evening. Genuine people.

One of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic coast. Wide beach, opportunities for all kinds of activities, proximity to places of cultural and historical interest, diverse landscapes, from the sea to the Gran Sasso in a short time. Excellent food and wine tradition, excellent accommodations.

The boutique hotel is lovely inside. Our receptionist Annita was super bubbly and chatty, really pleasant and welcoming. The room was very modern and clean. The bathroom was a very decent size. We also had a huge terrace which was convenient for hanging out all the wet beach towels and other gear. The breakfast was superb. Had not had it like that anywhere else in Italy on our 2 week journey. Italian breakfast mainly consists of sweet stuff like croissants and sweet pastries. Here you could have bacon and eggs, cheeses and salamis etc.

Perfect and very very nice! The apartment was truly lovely and incredibly new, full of details that make you feel at home. We were surprised by the number of plants, all perfectly maintained, which truly makes it a greenhouse, just as the name suggests. Communication with the property was excellent, and we had no difficulties at any point accessing it. While it may be located in a slightly less central area compared to the center of Giulianova, it is still close to the beach and very peaceful. Highly recommended!
