The location was exactly what we needed - it’s right off the main walkway. Having keyless entry made checking in and getting settled very easy. Clarissa communicated valuable information before we even arrived. The air conditioning was fantastic and definitely needed during our stay. We could possibly have been the first guests ever as it was so incredibly clean!

We (couple, 4yo boy and toddler girl) attended a wedding in Conventino di Gradara, for which we spent two nights in a quadruple room in this place. The location is great, just on the foot of the road to Gradara. The lady running it is super sweet and, upon request, prepares a yummy breakfast with sweet homemade cakes (5 euro/pp). She also gifted our daughter a cute stuffed bear and, upon request, let us check out a couple of hs later the last day, which was great post-wedding. The room was old-style deco, yet with modern furniture, comfy and had many extra pillows, blankets and towels, as well as storage space. Great high-end bathroom. The children's bunk beds had security barriers. Windows had shades (we did use our portable blackout for the nap, but because our youngest needs it to be pitch dark for napping). Zero mosquitoes. There was complimentary coffee, water and cookies, a fridge and a small table n chairs in the room. The outdoors are beautiful also, we enjoyed visiting the vegetable garden as well :-) Thank you for everything!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed the time we spent in Granarola. It was the best retreat ever to celebrate our anniversary. Romantic and quiet, relaxing and outstandigly beautiful with the best view of my beloved hills and the Adriatic Sea. We had a blast and the amazing staff at Granarola made it possible. A small garden of Eden, outside Gradara, close to almost all important sightseeing of the area. A great base to start visiting Tavulia, Gradara castle, Gabicce monte and not only. The landlady, one of the most pleasant persons I met in Italy, completes the picture. A very nice breakfast awaits the visitor in the morning, while the garden offers a full relaxation experience at all times.

Very beautiful village with great castle. Wonderful city wall, one of the best we visited in Italy. The old town centre is not huge but very beautiful. There are also many shops, cafes and restaurants along the main street. A perfect place for a day trip. Suitable for everyone, also family with children.

The location was exceptional.

The location was exceptional. We arrived at sunset and the view looked like it was out of a painting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and efficient. The hotel was located well in Granada, amongst the restaurants and shops in town. Breakfast was delicious and lovely as you sit on the patio overlooking the coastline and mountains.

We came for a race weekend at the Misano race circuit, and the location couldn’t have been better. 15-minute drive to the circuit with secure free parking available at the property. Mimmo was the nicest, most accommodating host ever. The place was clean and modern, had AC, towels, and cold water, and felt like a hotel. It exceeded our expectations by far. Given the price, 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who comes to the region. Thank you, Mimmo, for the pleasant experience.

We’re regular visitors to the Villa Francesca - it’s our preferred place of stay for the opera festival in nearby Pesaro. Irina and Ranieri couldn’t make us more welcome. It’s a beautiful ,location and a friendly small establishment - only 10 rooms. Everything is spotless and beautifully designed. The rooms are small but the balconies overlooking Gradara castle are lovely.

The host greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us amazing suggestions on nearby restaurants. The room was spacious with everything and more than we needed. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast served on the terrace was really good. It was really close to the Gradara fortress which is very beautiful to visit at night.

Totally unique place to stay. We were in the convent but could have stayed in the castle. If you are in the area, this place is well worth a night or two. There are restaurants in the castle area. Lovely staff. Our room was mixing old and new with the biggest bed we've ever slept in, in a hotel. We will be back!
