We absolutely loved our stay! The house has a warm and cozy atmosphere, surrounded by nature, we had the most incredible view for our breakfasts :) Signora Gigliola was incredibly kind and attentive, she prepared fresh, delicious breakfasts every morning. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to recharge. Her recommendations helped us experience the area in the most meaningful way. We left rested, full, and truly grateful. Hoping to be back someday! :)

This was a very stunning place to stay - so beautiful and historical, with a gorgeous atmosphere and the most welcoming host. Was a privilege to stay somewhere with so much history and maintained in such perfect condition. Giulia was wonderful and breakfast delicious. Special experience.

Excellent rooms, recently renewed , so everything works pretty fine. As a plus , hotel has its own parking , something not usual in most of the cities in Europe, and that makes a big positive difference. Davide was great, we had booked just few hours before arrival , he provided all info I requested through Booking platform, and as I could not understand some of them in Italian, he made a great effort to translate to Portuguese and English. And by the arrival, he was very kind, helping us to make our stay the best possible, taking care of all the details . If I come back to Brescia in the future, I will no doubt be again at Battisti 31. very easy access, the car slot is actually quite large and safe. The apartment is well equipped (there is even a vacuum cleaner, which is handy for longer stays), separate waste collection.The beds and the pillows are a bit hard, but at least the blankets are not typical Italian, so everyone has their own. The building is very clean and smells nice thanks to the air fresheners and the laundry room on the first floor. In warm weather, the room is air-conditioned in advance and installed in each room.
