The whole stuff is so friendly and helpful! Beautiful garden to wake up to and have breakfast in. Nice thermal pool for rainy weather. We used the laundry service, and got a lift from Dario to the bus stop when we left. All was great!

The food at the restaurant was amazing and some of the best meals we had. Staff was supernice and helpful. The beach in the area was very packed with people but the spot nearby the hotel was less so which we really appreciated. To find less touristy and less expensive restaurants we needed to do some research and they were all within a distance of a 30 euro taxi drive. Worth it tho!! The hotel is right by the ocean and with a beautiful view. Grateful for this stay!

We loved absolutely everything here: Starting with the husband and wife owners who work hard from the first hour of the morning until late at night. It is a bit of a climb from the bus station to the hotel. But easy, nothing to be afraid of! And yet, because we had luggage, the owner brought us from the bus station to the Hotel with a kind of electric tuk-tuk. He did the same on his way out. Very clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Dream view. The swimming pool. Garden . Very good restaurant with convenient prices. Very polite staff and ready to serve you at any moment. Very close to the harbor and the main attractions of Saint Angelo. I don't have enough words to thank you! We will definitely come back here!

    Loved the entire island but especially Poseidon Thermal Gardens, the shoreline of Forio with its lovely sides streets for shopping, Sant'Angelo and the Castle. Our rabbit dinner was the best meal we've had anywhere.

    Ischia is a beautiful island with lots of water based activities and stunning views everywhere. We enjoyed the thermal baths and beach clubs. The quality of food was exceptional. The streets were vibrant at night. I hope I get to return someday soon.

    Ischia is a lovely island.

    Ischia is a lovely island. We were only there for 2 nights and 3 days so didn't get the chance to explore it as much as we wanted, but we loved what we saw and would love to return. There were many places to eat in the town of Ischia, and we also explored the San'tangelo area. One of our favourite meals was at a simple family run restaurant called Porta di Agartha, which is part way up Mount Epomeo. The food is lovely and the people were so welcoming. It is a nice alternative to the seaside locations available on the island.

    Lovely island to stay in.

    Lovely island to stay in. Spent half a dozen days in Ischia Port, and half a dozen in Forio. Laid back atmosphere in both places (September, nearing end of season), although still busy. Would recommend a boat drip around the island (we used "West Coast" tours out of Forio, they were excellent hosts on a 7 hour day trip). Day trip to Procida out of Ischia Port was also a big plus. Day trip to Sorrento was good, although allow a longer travelling time each way (2 hours each way generally). If there at time of Ischia Port festival (mid september for us) then make sure you get a place early at the port to sit down, get a drink or 2, view the fireworks and display over the port.

    There are so many golden nuggets on this Island that we only...

    There are so many golden nuggets on this Island that we only touched the tip of what it had to offer. One could easily spend a fortnight here and come away with having experienced so much diversity and uniqueness unlike you would get on a normal beach Island holiday. Giardini la Moretella was very inspiring as were our visits to Forio and St. Angelo. Had we stayed longer we may have done some of the beaches/thermal spas and headed further up the mountains having hired a car.Beware of the buses! Convenient and cheap but not good if you have mobility issues as seats rarely available and lots of twists and turns. Have ended up with bruises so not a comfortable ride. I think next time we will find a different way of doing things but glad to have experienced everything it had to offer.

    Plenty of different sites and activities on the island.

    Plenty of different sites and activities on the island. Loredana Calise ([email protected]) our taxi driver was fantastic. We had some issues and she was a great help. We spent the day with her traveling to the different cities on the island on our first full day of our week stay. We later went on guided tour of the castle, went to Poseidon thermal spa, walked around San Angelo, visited Giardini la Mortella, saw the mushroom in Lacco Ameno, walked around Forio. Each day with spent morning doing activities and the other half resting. Best pizza was just outside of our resort at Dei Meglio. Great people and great pizza. I should know because I ate their 5 times in a week.

    Lovely location with fantastic views to Capri and the castle Aragonese. Staff lovely and very helpful. Food menu limited but good value and good quality. Breakfast was great. Staff will make you a fresh coffee if you ask. Better than the self-service coffee machine. Walking distance from Ischia Ponte 15 -20 mins, though quite steep. Ischia Ponte is a lovely quiet resort. Bus stop outside hotel, though only about one per hour. Timetable behind reception Bus €1.70 for a single. Taxi 15€ to Ponte and €20 to Ischia Porto.

    We were 3 families that stayed at the hotel early april 2023 and we all agree that this was one of the best hotel we have ever visited in Italy. The hotel manager is really helpful and he and all his staff goes the extra mile for his guests. Great beautyful large rooms, all with sea view, great enviroment with old small roads that were really fun to drive. The hotel even has a free shuttle that drive the guests for free to Forio and Sant Angelo. We will surely book this hotel next time we visit Ischia.
