The hotel is located next to a new shopping center which has shops and restaurants. It is still in the process of being finished, but that is not a problem. There is convenient transportation to the hotel, the city center is a 30 min walk. I would happily stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Bergamo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the location is beautiful. You really feel taken care of at the hotel. The setting is beautiful and even though it feels like you are nestled intu the mountains there are actually several sites and restaurants within walking distance. I would come again just for the breakfast. A beautiful selection of local cheeses along with all the other breakfast staples.

The staff communicated very well with me prior to arrival and at the reception. They accommodated my early arrival which I appreciated very much after travelling a far distance. The room was very clean and the spa experience was delightful. Worth the 20euro. The breakfast was well attended by staff and the choice of items was excellent. I am vegetarian and found the variety of choices perfect. On check out the staff were kind and allowed me to practice my Italian! I had an overall exceptional experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.
