Where to start ... from the very first moment, we fell in love in this place. Villa is located in a very quiet part of the city. Beautiful garden around the villa and mountains in the background makes this place just stunning! Viviana, Marta, and Ice 🐕 were amazing hosts. Villa is beautiful inside and outside. Delicious breakfast (thank you for pancakes each morning 🤩). Girls were extremely welcome and helpful. Villa is located only 15 minutes walk to the train station and Lecco city centre.

A cute place, for me it was all about via ferrata, which you can find plenty around and everything is reachable by bus and feet. Not much to do in the city, but also not as busy as the neighboring Como, but with pretty much the same (if not better) scenic views and easy access to mountains for hiking and climbing.

Lecco is in the south part of Lake Como, but from almost all the cities that we look around the Lake, apart from Bellagio, Lecco is the most picturesque because the mountains chain in the Background. Is simply breathtaking. The city itself has nice restaurants, stores and the walk around the lake is fantastic. Is served from a Train station the reaches Milan and the airports in few times, make it easy to depart and come from overseas. The ferry boats have a fantastic service, and people are nice and helpful. Loved Lecco!!!

A beautiful town on the shores of Lake Como. Plenty to do and the town has excellent amenities. The promenade along the side of the lake is fantastic but the old town a few streets in is also great to wander around.

Lecco in my opinion, is a nice cheaper alternative to visit lake Como, with just enough things to not get bored. The center of it is nice, although if you go a bit more to the outskirts its industrial and not so nice/welcoming. A must is to take the cable car to the mountain and hike and take a boat trip to somewhere like Mandello del Lario.

I've seen many villages around Como Lake and still find Lecco great - conveniently located, with everything you need. There are lots of lovely trailing tracks around, possibility to get in 30 minutes with a local bus to ski slopes. And there was the carnival going on!

We arrived in the city during the Christmas market. We loved the romantic atmosphere around the harbour with the sun setting and the historic city centre with its beautiful Christmas decorations and great selection of romantic restaurants. Amazing Italian breakfast with coffee and brioche standing up.

This was the cleanest and most welcoming accommodation that I have been in Italy! Miss Chiara was so nice, pleasant and answered all my questions and needs. I felt so good and relaxed so well. There is rule of taking your shoes off and leave them outside, which is great considering hygiene and makes you feel like home. The accommodation was quiet and peaceful. Clean and warm. Location is also great. I will recommend it to people who want to have a quiet and pleasant rest in a clean and cozy accommodation.

First of all, Lecco is good. You can walk, you can seat and enjoy views of super lake. Yuo can go by train or ship to Varenna, Menaggio, Bellagio, Mandello (was recommended by owner of apartment, thanks for that), you can eat the best pizza in Rosso Pomidoro in the city centre 😊. The owner Ferdinando is always at your disposal online, answers quickly and helps if needed.

the apartment was the perfect location in lecco, 5-10minute walk to the lake as well as near all the restaurant/bars in the area. the rooms were big, very clean and welcomimg to the guests. the host was extremely helpful and accomodating making our stay very enjoyable, by far the best accommodation i have stayed in italy!
