Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was super clean up to the highest standard one could wish for! Would recommend to anyone who would like to stay in Cinque Terre area! The swimming pool and spa is great way to relax after morning walk!

The check in processes was informative and easy. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely worth more that €10. We were impressed! The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The facilities were just what we needed. The location was what we loved the most. Only an 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you straight through Cinque Terre and Milan. The hotel is also only a 4 minute walk from Levanto town and the beach where you can walk / bike through the abandoned tunnels. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything! Amazing views. Very well equipped property (even a washing machine!). Very friendly host who also provided a free car parking badge for the town. Set in a pretty location with the sound of church bells close by.

Friendly locals.

Friendly locals. Excellent boat cruise with Mario - Costa di Faraggiana - around Cinque Terre. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Met the sculpture artist Renzo and ordered superbly crafted unique bracelets.

Levanto is the next town north of Cinque Terre.

Levanto is the next town north of Cinque Terre. The train that runs between the five towns, actually starts in Levanto so you can easily visit all the towns, and the trains also run to La Spezia where you can connect to many other parts of Italy. There are many restaurants, a fairly large beach, and you have many choices for hikes, walks, or rent a bike and ride through the tunnels. We were very glad we choose Levanto as the Cinque Terre towns were fairly crowded.

Levanto was the best place to anchor a visit to Cinque Terre. After visiting each of the small towns, we found Levanto to be a good place to return to in the evenings. Being a bigger town, there were a lot more options available for everything: groceries, restaurants, beach, gelato!, laundry, etc. It was a very friendly family centered community. Kids were out playing every day, people were riding bikes, and the town square was always busy with activity. It was just absolutely charming.

Levanto is a lively town with numerous restaurants...

Levanto is a lively town with numerous restaurants particularly serving fresh fish and even some outdoor night time entertainment. Perfect location from which to explore the Cinque Terre villages and walks. Excellent transport links (train and ferry) to Cinque Terre villages and beyond …Pisa.. Portofino… Would definitely recommend a visit to Levanto!

Good place to stay if you wanna travel to Cinque Terre.

Good place to stay if you wanna travel to Cinque Terre. Cheaper and less crowded than Cinque Terre, but just 20 mins by train to go to Monterosso, or hiking from Levanto to Monterosa is also the good way, and you don’t need to pay for that trail. The trail is not easy (10km) but doable and not as crowded as others trails in Cinque Terre.

I really enjoyed the beach at levanto and the night life was...

I really enjoyed the beach at levanto and the night life was exciting, every evening the had organised some kind of a event . The most exciting part was the bicycle ride along the galerie levanto- bonassola. Also the punta della madonna ( chiesetta madonnino della punta ) was reachable with a cycle. Anyone should walk along ( hike) through the sentiero levanto- monterosso.

The Hotel was in an excellent location for walking to the train station and town centre for numerous restaurants. The Hotel owner and his sister were wonderful hosts as were the ladies at breakfast which was very typical Italian simple but very filling. Couldnt fault the Hotel at all the friendlyness of the staff was great couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed Levanto as our base for the Cinque Terre and had a lovely day out on the ferry that went to Porto Venere and back stopping off at the towns of the Cinque Terre.

This was a small owner operated hotel. The owner was fully invested in making our stay as perfect as possible. Prosecco on arrival, towels for the hot tub (a marvellous view), chauffeured collection and return to the train station. Great communication through the use of WhatsApp, where train and ferry timetables were provided, and a map of the area, plus a great mapped summary of best restaurants in Levanto.

Very well appointed accommodation with beautiful spacious bath room and small balcony. Very comfortable room and location could not have been better. Staff very helpful and breakfast was fresh and delicious. This was a beautiful town to visit and Hotel Garden made us very welcome.

Nice hotel located in a quiet area. Beautiful view of Levanto as the hotel is up in the mountains. The breakfast offered the most important things, but had a lot of focus on sweets that we in Sweden are perhaps not as used to eating in the morning.

This is a nice quiet hotel. The room was amazing - really big (we had a junior suite). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered lots of advice on the best ways to get round Cinque Terre. It's clean, and the breakfast buffet is nice.
