Close to center, restaurants and top attractions. You can easily find a parking place around. Fully equipped, well-designed and spacious rooms. No breakfast included but there were already coffee, tea, some snacks, milk and water available for free on arrival. Do online check in before so that you can directly get your book once you arrive. Very kind and reactive staff. We were very happy with our one night stay all in all.

Excellent people. Profesional and ready to help. Room is very nice. Although the building is not new it is clean and comfortable. Spacious beds nice mattress. Bathroom was very clean. Nice food downstairs nice price.

We had an amazing stay in this accomodation. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast with a beautiful View on the lake! Martina is a very friendly and welcoming host. The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

Words can’t describe how nice and perfect the place was. From accommodation to surroundings and our host. Perfect for a lake Como base. Food in the restaurant and breakfast .. top class. Stefano a gentleman and the rest of the staff great. The village is so quaint and away from the built up towns in other parts of Como… I could go on 😅 thanks for a perfect stay 👌 a car would be beneficial for where it is but there is a local taxi 🚕

we enjoyed our vacation in the appartmment close to the historic lake and the walk at the shores of lake como, marvellous experience. People are kind and extremely helpful, 2 thumbs up for a perfect stay in the City of Motors!! (home of moto Guzzi, great motorcycle brand, continous production of motorcycles for over 100 y!!)

It is a pictoresque little city without many tourists.

It is a pictoresque little city without many tourists. There are various restaurants and little beaches. It feels Italian in a wonderful relaxed way. The public transport by boat is great for visiting other cities around the lake and leaving the car behind. Returning from "hot spots" like Bellagio or Varenna always felt like a relief.

We walked around the area, went to the grocery store, went down to the lake, walked around the city along the lake. We chose restaurants based on our favorite Italian rule: go where the locals go. Luckily, there are very few tourists in Mandello, so it was easy to find good places with tasty and cheap food. We moved around the city on foot. You have to take into account that the city is located at the base of a mountain, and part of the time you have to walk uphill.

A wonderful lakeside village, with a fantastic Moto Guzzi museum and tour, away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio, a true gem in Lake Como. Wonderful people everywhere, including the Mamma Ciccia, the Osteria Colombo. Concerts in the piazza outside our apartment and a wonderful village life experience.

We loved it there it there. Harbour accessible for ferries. Not as touristy as some place. We enjoyed just sitting on benches in the shade reading our books. We mainly catered for ourselves. I'm dairy free and my partner is veggie, we found it difficult to find somewhere to just have a simple meal that wasn't pizza or a bit pricey. The train station is 7 - 10 mins away although there is a bus replacement service til September buses every 15 mins so not too bad.

Loved Mandello. It is a fantastic location.

Loved Mandello. It is a fantastic location. This charming village offers plenty to do and is perfect for scenic walks along the lake or through the park. It's less touristy than the more well-known towns, which gives it an authentic, local feel. Restaurants, cafes, a big supermarket, free parking. We visited in mid May and it was amazing. Thank you! Looking forward to being back!

Our accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed room and tastefully renovated. The location was fabulous, only a few metres from the lake. The restaurant within our accommodation was perfect and had a delicious dinner late that night on our arrival. We would have loved to stay longer in this area of Mandello del Lario. The staff, restaurant and accommodation were exceptional. Will definitely stay here again should we return to this beautiful part of the world.

friendly staff, very nice breakfast and food at the restaurant was excellent. The location is very calm and nice with the lake just before the hotel. Though they don't have a parking which makes sense because of its location however there is a free parking few minutes walk from the hotel.

After delayed flight the host stayed back to welcome our arrival at 0130 am ( 4 hours later than planned ) very nice and helpful people, the apartment is fantastic, clean and central in Mandello del lario, we had a great time and will be back!
