Great hotel! The staff is helpful and helps with every little thing. Upon arrival, we were immediately placed in the rooms we asked for in advance, many thanks to the hotel staff for this! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a pleasant Sardo interior, a comfortable bed, wardrobes, a minibar and a good bathroom with all the necessary hygiene products! Cleaning was every day, everything is very clean, thanks to the girls! The hotel has a wonderful warm salt water pool, it's cool, it's windy at sea! The beach is located 300 m from the hotel, it is a pleasure to walk to it through a green grove, not hot and not uphill! The beach service maestromare, with which the hotel cooperates, is simply amazing, the sun beds and umbrellas are comfortable, you can take each unit separately, for example, like us, 3 sun beds and 1 umbrella, since I love to lie in the sun! A coupon from the hotel for a discount on the beach is also provided! The beach has good wi-fi, the beach staff is very friendly, remembers you by name! They helped us organize a wonderful private boat trip along the Costa Smeralda with a skipper, it was unforgettable! There is also a delicious restaurant on the beach where we had lunch! The beach itself is well-groomed, sandy with a gentle entry into the water! The color of the water is simply incredible! A good supermarket is located 800 m from the hotel, where you can buy everything you need from small items to delicacies and good wine. There are not many restaurants nearby, but enough to have dinner, I would especially like to mention the family Trattoria Pintadera, the guys are very hospitable and the food is very, very tasty! If you don’t want to go anywhere, you can have lunch and dinner right at the hotel, there were always a lot of people, and they said it was delicious! If I were asked whether I would recommend this hotel and the resort to my friends, I would definitely say 100% yes.

The appartement was impecable, very clean, and had all thats need for the stay. The space itself was very cozy and made us feel at home. The pool space is incredible. Maria, the host, is super nice and always available for anything you'd need, would that be extra towels or a recommendation of a good sarde restaurant.

Amazing location - right by the beach and not far from the train station so not strictly necessary to rent a car for a short stay because so many wonderful locations are accessible by train. Everything you need is just a minute from the apartment, cafe, restaurant, mini market, beach... Super friendly communication, very helpful, Signora Izabella and her husband are charming and will organise an airport transfer for you if necessary. 10/10 recommended!

The breakfast was very delicious and served in a private and cool basement. The room was just the right size - spacious enough to be comfortable without wasting space. The service is perfect - very nice and helpful people who will go an extra mile to make sure you've a nice stay. The location is great - it's in the middle of Olbia but a little bit to the side in a quiet area. You're 5 minutes from all the shops, restaurants and there's even a Michelin restaurant next door if you'd like that.

Provided you have a car, the most beautiful beaches are 15-30 minutes away. Porto Rotondo with it's chick restaurants and lovely night atmosphere is 7 min driving. Famed "Lu Stazzu " restaurant that serves traditional Sardinian food, including porcheddo - fire roasted pig, is 7 min away. Keep in mind, the restaurants of Costa Smerlda book fast during the season. People dress up, especially women - I am talking evening long dresses :) Santa Marinella port is a walkable distance, but there is not much happening at night. The bottom line Santa Marinellla is cute, it is a pseudo Mediterranean style resort like village with lots of condos and small hotels. It is very pleasant and convenient to stay here, if you have a car. Two days stay.

Great location for a relaxing holiday.

Great location for a relaxing holiday. Perfect to lounge on the beach or by the pool. Would recommend a car rental to explore or just get to the shop as walking around in full summer sun can be a bit challenging. Excellent food at Il Posto Giusto.

The beaches in Marinella are stunning and unlike other parts...

The beaches in Marinella are stunning and unlike other parts of Italy, they are mostly wild with no sun bed, which is amazing. The landscape is really special – with the giant granite rocks it feels almost jurassic. I also appreciate that Marinella offers both beach paradise and scenic sports activities - so it has something for everyone. And the local food is delicious. I love that it celebrates both the cheese and sausages from inland as well as the beautiful seafood. And Sardinian Vermentino is the best Vermentino.

There is not a lot do in Marinella in the evenings, not...

There is not a lot do in Marinella in the evenings, not really and shops or restaurants, the infrastructure is poor. There is slightly more open in Golfo Arancini but not enough little shops to mooch in or restaurants for us to sit and people watch. A ride to Olbia is around 20 minutes, they have more restaurants in the high street but still quite a small town.

- several times, when we ordered our "fresh fruits" they were rotten and dirty (and once our prawns were served with a little dead spider on their surface) - Juice which was a part of the "breakfast form" was a mixture of chemicals (the taste was really terrible) - some of the basic breakfast food were proposed for extra charge, examples: 5 EUR for fried eggs; 6 EUR for fried eggs with bacon; 2,50 EUR for soft boiled egg and 5 EUR for fresh juices BEACH: you have to pay to use their sunbeds SWIMMING POOL: closed at 18h

Great location, just 20 minutes by car to the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. Marco was very helpful, he also adviced us some restaurants, supermarkets and beaches when there was too windy so we could enjoy our holiday and swim in the sea despite windy weather in October. We could also attend the pool in front of the apartmements. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, the bathroom as well, and the beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this accomodation. Value for money: 10/10.

We found everything we needed for a perfect holiday with small kids. A small private beach is just a few steps away, and there are several restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery shop within the resort. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they truly made us feel welcome.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is about 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. Rooms are small but comfortable. You have access to a relatively large swimming pool.
