Everything was so good. This was my first time to visit Italy. My budget was £20/25 per night stay for 2/3 star hotels so that I could stay longer time/at least 3 weeks and enjoy the beautiful weather and sunny day. I did not know that a single/double room is very expensive near Monfalcone centre. However, Hotel Excelsior’s rooms are very reasonable or cheap compare to the other rooms of the hotels near Monfalcone centre. So, overall I was happy with everything at this hotel

Accomodation was really nice, clean, close to the bus station. Owner was the best! Annalise helped us to get a taxi in the early morning bcs of our flight time and everything was really great. Thank you very much again. Highly recommend. Monfalcone was great starting point for visiting Trieste, Miramare castle, Palmanova and even beach activities.

Monfalcone is not the most touristic place to be. we were there for a regatta so we visited, the sailclub/marina! we visited Slovenia (the caves) visited Trieste, Udine, Grado,... Monfalcone was fine, and a good place to start these visits. I like the authenticity and it not being touristic,

Private hotel, big enough, Polite, very friendly owners and staff, Large rooms, very large beds, very clean, tasty breakfast, Great place to stop if you are on the road, close to the main road, easy to find, Many thanks to the owners of the hotel for changing the date of our arrival. The soundproofing can be an issue for those who are worrying about it.

The staff was friendly and efficient in every way. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a night's stay. The hotel is situated in the center of town. SItuated near the harbor if doing a cruise. A continental breakfast is included in the rate.
