Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! We wish we had longer! Facilities are amazing and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were exceptional! We will be back !

Highly recommend this hotel! We had a fabulous stay and very good value for money. The location was ideal. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the pool area was lovely. The breakfast was also very tasty. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Francesco in particular was very accommodating and helped us getting to a wine tour when our taxi didn’t work out. All in all a wonderful trip to Montepulciano!

A beautiful historic town and one of our favourite stays on our 10-day Italy roadtrip. We traveled as a couple (in our 35-40's), and highly recommend staying at La Romantica Lolo, having a private wine tasting at Ercolani, dining at Ristorante La Grotta, and truffle hunting at Podere il Casale (15-min drive).

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in.

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in. It is a bit bigger than its neighbors and is a fun place to wander around in. There's a lovely cafe, Lalma, just up the street from Casa degli Orti. There's great art in the town along with wonderful views, and of course, don't forget the wine! Lots of opportunities to taste what Tuscany has to offer. We had a car so we were able to drive to the other hill-towns. Pienza is cute; get some cheese! Montalcino was delightful. The whole area is simply jawdroppingly beautiful!

Great wine, great food, amazing views.

Great wine, great food, amazing views. Not a ton of sites to see but there are a ton of wine cellars and restaurants to linger in. If you want amazing sites go to Rome or Florence, Tuscany and the hill towns are really about the people, food & wine experience. It does NOT disappoint. It is worth the extra effort to get to, just make sure to stay at least 2 nights.

Just my wife and I, trying to get some feel for Tuscany.

Just my wife and I, trying to get some feel for Tuscany. We were on a ridge, overlooking a valley of wine fields and olive tree orchards, and looking up at Montepulciano. View couldn't have been more perfect. Ate dinner in town 2 nights at restaurant recommended by host - really practical and delicious.

Absolutely LOVE Montepulciano; I have spent extended time...

Absolutely LOVE Montepulciano; I have spent extended time here and brought a friend for 2 nights which she thought was perfect. Allowed enough time to see the town, enjoy long meals and leisurely walks to see everything and do some shopping while not having to rush - views are spectacular and people are all so nice and most have enough English to adequately communicate if you don't know any Italian. Wine is fantastic everywhere and it's not priced like a tourist town - prefer it to San Gimignano, Cortona, Orvieto, Todi and Assisi if you only have time to do one (they are all worth visiting though!). Train to Chiusi then bus straight into town if you don't want to rent a car - super simple & reliable schedule but there is free parking and plenty of paid lots if you do rent a car. Also centrally located with, easy visits to several smaller towns like Pienza, and Lucignano if you do have a car and want to extend your stay in same property.

The colours, the furniture, the cups and plates and all of the little details were so well chosen ! Some people might not be interested in those things but it was so pleasant to wake up there ! The location also ! It is exactly at the beginning of the main road of a very uphill road , so you don't have to carry your luggages , and when you stroll around Montepulciano, it is exactly where you would finish your walk ... my favorite stay in Italy 😊

Incredible property - surrounded by beautiful landscape and is superbly decorated. There were three pools to choose from, a small gym and spa facilities which were wonderful. The room was large and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - really made our stay. The food is also excellent and there is an extensive wine list and good drinks menu. Definitely felt like a 5-star luxury hotel experience.

We had an amazing time staying at the Agriturismo Nobile. Breakfast was wonderful with many different options and the shuttle transportation was such a nice option for guests. Also, our dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals we ate in Italy! The family that runs this place were so friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions of nice things to do or see during our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

By far the best place we stayed on our trip across Italy. Huge space, hosts are both very attentive and gave us some amazing reccomendations to some of the best meals we had in Italy. The room was so comfortable and having breakfast with the locals across the road was just the icing on the cake. Montepulciano is just a magical place we will be returning too.

A true gem of a Tuscan style boutique hotel. Every detail has been thought of in this beautiful spotless hotel. The large beautiful garden was a treat with tables to sit at was a luxury to enjoy. The rooms were spacious with a sitting room between two rooms. Breakfast room was a delight too.
