I loved that all the staff were friendly and that nothing was too much trouble. They arranged transport for us and even helped my son and his girlfriend find their way around the local train station. The grounds we’d immaculately kept and breakfast was delicious. We truly felt like we were looked after by family. A wonderful cosy place to stay when in Vittorio Veneto. Thank you to Flora and her family for a fabulous stay.

We travel extensively and don't leave many reviews but O'Scugnizzo 2 deserves our time. Late on a Saturday evening we were looking for a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel in a pricey tourist region and that's exactly what we got. Our room is much nicer in reality than the online photos lead you to think. Lovely quality white sheets and decent towels, no mysterious stains to be found here or hand towels disguised as bath towels. These bath towels were big enough to wrap around a substantial sized body. Yes, it's a no frills family run establishment of a certain era but they're not pretending to be anything else, like some hotels we've experienced. We got a big room with a King size bed that we could actually move around in without falling over each other including a wardrobe and computer desk with two chairs. A kettle with tea and coffee were a lovely bonus that most hotels don't provide now. Small TV but not an issue for us. The main thing we appreciated was how absolutely spotless our room and bathroom were. Not a speck of dirt to be found anywhere, no dust bunnies in the corners or behind doors and no dirty tile grout or mold in this bathroom. Whoever does the housekeeping in this hotel has pride in their work. The whole building looks loved and well maintained. Plenty of private off street parking spaces including optional covered garage space. If you want a hotel in the area just stop looking and reading reviews and book O'Scugnizzo 2. Come with an open mind and we expect, like us, you will get a very clean, comfortable room including breakfast which means you can then afford to have a drink and a great dinner downstairs in the restaurant without scaring your credit card because all up it will cost you about the same price (or in many cases much less) than other local hotels are charging just for a room only. The restaurant was full of locals and that usually tells the real story.

Beautiful view, spacious room and very comfortable beds. Breakfasts and dinners are amazing, kid loves it. Very friendly receptionist. The hotel car park was full, but the public car park (at low cost) was convenient with the escalator.

The B&B is located just outside the nice little town of Vittorio Veneto. Some 8 mins from the main road. A narrow twisty road leads to the hamlet where the newly renovated (which is an understatement) building is, in the foothills of the Dolomites. Rustic with high quality materials and airconditioning.. A shared and shaded balcony for a glass of local wine in the evening. Breakfast downstairs, outside or inside. Perfect location to explore mountains, sea and Venice. Elena is a lovely host who is always available when needed. I would recommend their restaurant as well (only open Fri-Sun, or special occasions). I was on business and stayed for 5 days. My business took longer than anticipated and I would've liked to stay longer, but the place was already booked. Which I understand.
