This was just an overnight trip.
This was just an overnight trip. Norcia is still recovering from the earthquake. There is a lot of building/fixing going on in the old city center. To balance that, the people were truly gracious! We were even able to rent bicycles for a very reasonable price and Walter picked us up from the trail when we became tired. But what really stands out in this place is its location - a tiny, quiet village surrounded by green hills.
