What a wonderful hotel. So relaxing to be by the pool or out on the terrace. We had the best 4 days here with delicious food for breakfast and dinner, a great wellness area and beautiful pool. It was an amazing stay! Loved how quiet it was too with so much space for every guest

This place is amazing. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. It's so beautiful and the restoration they have done to this old castle is incredible. Super clean and modern and fancy!! The host went above and beyond to make us early breakfast and even pack us sandwiches for lunch!! Also the food up the road toward austria was amazing. Ask the host for recommendations!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This is a family business, and the staff is nice and accommodating. We had a large double room with a partial view of the mountains. It was all clean and well-maintained, with rustic/vintage touches (which we found charming). The view of the mountains is one of the best we've seen. You can enjoy it from the terrace with a warm or cold drink, at breakfast or dinner. It's simply breathtaking. We also enjoyed the food here. The breakfast is pretty basic, but okay, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended. Last but not least, we found the spa facilities a nice touch. Though not big, the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are great to enjoy after a day hiking or biking. There is free parking next to the hotel. Do keep in mind that the hotel is >5km uphill from the town, so you need a car to get here (not sure about public transportation options). You can walk - we did it a few times - but it's not that easy, and you certainly don't want to do it daily.

1. Rooms were having a small sit out area which is wonderful right? They were spacious, clean and had beautiful views. 2. Food - We booked the half board, and it was perfect. Not much options for vegetarian/ vegan but we have soup, ravioli and tiramisu. Everything was yummy. Not to forget the owner suggested us a white wine which was one of the best I had in Italy. Also, breakfast had lot of options and it was a buffet. 3. Staff - Wonderful staff and owners. They usually don't server dinner after 8PM but since we were arriving late they waited for us till 9PM and made some customisation to the dinner menu (I am a vegetarian and they usually don't have vegetarian menu).

There was an indoor swimming pool and sauna. It was great to relieve the fatigue of the trip. It was free. The scenery was so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there were many fresh fruits. The apples in the basket in the lobby were so delicious that I ate some of them. If I go to Dolomite next time, I would like to go there again.

Marianna and whole personel are very helpful and patient. Caring and warm welcome and care for the guest every day. Rooms are celaned every day. The hotel has sauna, spa, wellness and fitness room. Theres is also room for skis. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Hotel is located very close to Kronplatz.

This weekend we stayed at the hotel for a short getaway, which was especially meaningful as it was our first parents’ weekend away without our baby. Some might say that made us “easy to please” guests - but this hotel genuinely exceeded all expectations. It’s hard to list all the little details that came together to create such a wonderful overall impression. What truly stood out was the exceptional service and kindness of the staff, the beautiful location, and the hotel’s elegant yet understated design. Everything feels thoughtfully done - from the lighting in the room, to the spaciousness, and the overall atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. And then there’s the spa and pool area, as well as the bar and restaurant, which were simply fantastic and completed the experience perfectly.
