The owner Is really a very nice and friendly person. The room IS very Big, new and well equiped. There are some restaurants near and although the hotel IS near the road, It is very quiet and paceful at night. The breakfast IS great.

The staff were very very helpful. The location is just off the highway, and very handy for the Frejus Tunnel. The accomodation was excellent, great kitchen (the photos on booking.com do not do it justice). Oulx is a nice place! When we do this journey again, we will come back. Also, very dog friendly. The mountain views were exceptional.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Very hospitable staff, very clean and cozy! Large and comfortable apartments. Good kitchen with everything you need and even more. Coffee machine with capsules. The room is very warm and always hot water. The hotel has its own parking lot, quite large, gates are locked and there is video surveillance. There are two shops and restaurants near the hotel. Loka Iya is just super. All ski resorts are very close by car. Thank you very much for a great holiday.

perfect location - just across the railway station, and the bus station, a few meters away. I can't imagine a better location in Oulx! From here we went to Sestriere by bus, or you can take a train to Bardonecchia, etc. Lots of options! I am attaching here a photo of a view from the balcony. Also to note - the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the forest with fantastic people running it. The manager Manuel was very helpful. Lovely people working at the reception. Kids loved the Kids Club run by Sebastian and Marco. Food was very good for the breakfast, plenty to choose from and a chance to try Piemonte cuisine. The location is great for skiing with the lifts and a ski school and equipment rental at your door step. overall the hotel experience was really good and helped make the holiday unforgettable.

If you're looking for accommodation close to the railway...

If you're looking for accommodation close to the railway line at Oulx - Residence du Commerce is for you. We just wheeled our bags across the road - easy! We walked around Oulx the afternoon we got there - looking at its sights. And as we didn't have a booking at any of the restaurants in Oulx, we shopped at the supermarket and rustled up dinner in one of the apartments we had - with great success! It was a comfortable overnight stay on our way to the ski fields.

We were a group of four and spent 4 days exploring the area on motorbikes. The house was very nice, with room for us all, fully equipped and with space to park our motorbikes and take off all the gear without having to take anything dirty into the house. Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and good quality bakery, and Oulx was close to all our planned routes. Our host Renato was very helpful and welcoming. A pleasure! We hope to be able to go back in the future

Great location to explore the local area. Really helpful hosts who welcome us at short notice and were full of great recommendations (we had an amazing dinner in Sauze d’Oulx at the restaurant they booked for us). Everything was clean and well-organised. We didn’t have time to cook any meals as we were out most of the time, but the coffee and little supplies were a really nice touch.
