The host came within 10 minutes to let us into the property. The accommodation was within the secure gate, and the same was the parking lot. Close to the airport, so I would recommend it to those who have flights in late or early hours. The interior of the place is arranged so tastefully, providing maximum comfort.

Myself and my partner couldn't have wished for a better accommodation and host. The apartment's location and it's layout is just stunning. It even gets better; Anthony; WoW... he brings service to the next level. You're not a guest in his rental; you're a guest in his house. That's the supreme part of the whole experience. Perfect balance between privacy and hospitality. Anthony owns a coffee shop just around the corner, which is the neighborhood place to be. Breakfast, an espresso on the way... Heaven! Any assistance needed; Anthony is one text message away. Can't thank you enough of being my absolute saviour to drop me of at the airport to pick up my misses. I travelled alone, and it was a perfect stay for that. Sea and train station are close, you can easily travel around by train or car. The house is just sweet and neat, the room was comfortable and clean, the check-in and out was super comfortable and fast, Sara was even kind enough to allow me to stay longer on my last day if i needed that. But what was the most amazing of it all was Sara - I cannot say enough good things about her. She was nice, kind and fast, she responded always fast and was super helpful. If you plan to go to Bari to travel around and need a lovely place to stay and return to, this is totally a great choice, highly recommended.

We visited the city on our last day before returning.

We visited the city on our last day before returning. It was surprisingly very enjoyable. Many small cafe's and shops to see, the old historical buildings were great. We would have loved to have done one or two of the sea boat trips but unfortunately time was a factor.

We actually stayed in the historical part of Bari & loved it near the water and lots of restaurants. We only came in by airport & left by airport in Bari Palese area. We traveled around to several destinations in Bari area for 10 days by bus & train with our 2 roller carry on's & a backpack each. Visited Alberobello, Matera & Leece. Our favorite was Bari historical I think; although Matera is pretty amazing too and Alberobello is an easy bus ride for an afternoon. Leece, I liked least.

The self check-in was very complicated.The room had its own bathroom and balcony but share a corridor with a fridge with another 2 rooms.We received the wrong room.We booked a room with a double bed and a sofa and received a room with only a double bed.We asked the manager to book us for 6 AM shuttle for the airport and we were waiting in front of the building for more than 20 min and when the shuttle didn’t show up we just stopped a car and bagged fora ride to the airport that cost us 50 euros.We chose this lodging mainly for the reason it was listed with a shuttle to the airport.We wouldn’t recommend this place but if you’ll choose we wish you good luck.

The accommodation is a bedroom and bathroom in a 10 story apartment block and is not a standard B&B. Locating the place is a nightmare and the photo of Bari Palese does not in any way reflect what the building actually is. Also the photos of our room showed a sofa, storage space, table and chairs etc. This is not the room we ended up in. I would strongly suggest that you reclassify this accommodation as it's very misleading. Also the owner tried to pressurize me into giving a rating of 10 on your website. I can not believe that you have given a rating of 8.3 and 3***. On reading other reviews, numerous people have complained and some have been locked out and other guests are victims of double bookings We also had some angry exchanges with the owner by telephone when trying to locate the accommodation. He did not want to entertain us in conversation and referred us to Google Maps. Basically saying to us He had our money and could not give a damn whether we found it or not. It was a stressful experience and you, Booking.com are partly responsible for that

The castle is great, we also saw the relics of Saint Nicholas. We had an incredible burger with grilled octopus in the old town. Orientation is not difficult. Employees and locals are very friendly and everyone wants to help.

A lovely little village with good restaurants. The food at Le Scoglio is excellent. Beautiful walks along the seafront; I loved spending two hours a day there enjoying the sun. Living in the city, I'll miss it.
