This hotel was probably the best part of our vacation, everyone was so helpful and friendly really felt like our Italian family. Mirko, Monica, and Patricia really made us feel at home, and helped us plan our vacation with tips and advice. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options but enough, and obviously amazing coffee. You could ask to have some sandwiches to take to the beach which was good. Rooms and bathroom were clean, and large enough to have our 3 small luggage Pool was very good, we didn't used it a lot but it was large and very clean. Dinner was amazing, there was a daily menu but you could ask to have some made to order items as well, and while there are not many options around the hotel to have dinner, we never felt the need to go look for them, actually our worst dinner during our stay was when we did not eat at the hotel. Mirko also suggested some great and not expensive wines. I would stay here again 100%

I was very satisfied with my stay. The location was good, the breakfast was tasty, the rooms were clean, and there was a great restaurant right next to my room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I sincerely recommend this place.

We were impressed by how perfectly the elements of modern comfort and the flavor of Italy and the authenticity of the area were combined in apartments. beautiful view, excellent location, parking available. I would like to separately note the cleanliness 🫶 walking barefoot will not bring you any discomfort. Yes. There is also a kitchen - there is absolutely everything you need! a few more words about the town itself - very cute, authentic, with incredibly beautiful views 😍

We liked the chill local vibe, Stefania and Lorenzo were very nice hosts, making our stay very comfortable and lovely. The swimming pool was lovely, everything was always clean, our beds were made when we were away, fresh towels, breakfasts were more personal, they brought the food to our table, it was very lovely, i liked the more personal approach, made us feel like special guests. I also enjoyed the location, it's a small town in the middle of nowhere, which I knew already but for us it was a bonus since it was quiet and safe to park, we had a car anyway, so it was a lovely location in between all the locations we wanted to visit. But It's very important to have a car in Sardinia, but this more remote lovation fitted us perfectly, very safe and chill :)

The hotel offers secure, enclosed parking, which provided peace of mind for my vehicle. The on-site pool was a great addition, offering a relaxing spot to unwind. The bedding and bathroom fixtures were of high quality, contributing to a luxurious experience. Charming and cozy B&B with pleasant and friendly owner. Very clean, tastefully furnished room with comfy bed and wonderful view (specially from the terrace). It is nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room + you can use freezer in the kitchen to freeze the portable cooler cartridge. Convenient position - only about 15-20 min walk to the wonderful long sandy beach. It was easy to find a free parking only about 150 m further (at the end of June). We would come back for sure.

The villages near by are worth to visit, Siniscola with the murals, La Caletta with the beach. You need a bike, car or take a bus to visit villages near by Posada.

A gem of a town, although in the peak holiday season I might change my mind. With a range of small bars and restaurants there is always somewhere to have a snack, meal or drink. It had the feel of a small community which welcomed visitors. The old town surrounding the Castelo della Fava has quaint streets, steep alleys and small shops, restaurants and cafés. With the tower clearly being the main attraction for tourists after the magnificent beaches it could become congested during peak season. I saw no evidence of a night life (other than the restaurants and small bars), offering hope that the community spirit would not change as the number of visitors grows.

Spent 4 nights here. The hotel is clean, and the staff cleaned our room every day. Regardless it was end of season and we were the only guests Gianni provided top notch service. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning and gave ideas what to see up on arrival. Very nice guy.

Great value for money in a cozy and warm little hotel. Sandra, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and charming, plus she makes an excellent breakfast, which in Italy tends not to be the case. Highly recommended!

Lovely rooms, gorgeous huge grounds with views of mountains. Very clean and loved the pool. Near to Posada which is a nice town. Looks better in person. Breakfast was nice too
