What an amazing trip we had.
What an amazing trip we had. Everyone made us feel like family from the moment we checked in up until we checked out. Colin, Joana, Florenz, house cleaning, dining staff, bar tender, pool staff, and the DJ were amazing and always smiling. Breakfast - everything was wonderful. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner and both were mouth watering delicious. Our niece was allergic to nuts which was a concern for us but Joana and the dining staff were exceptional in ensuring there were no nuts in her food and explaining what she could have from the breakfast bar. Oh, we did the wine tasting which was very cozy, meat and cheese delicious, and the wine was exceptional. Joana did a wonderful job explaining the flavors and what meat/cheese paired with the wine. The hotel was clean, very warm and inviting, and the food was fabulous. This was such a memorable trip, thank you to everyone at Hotel Trento. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Plus, the location is perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and lifts nearby.
