The apartment is very well appointed and was sparkling clean. It is equipped with all needed conveniences for a short or longer stay. The moment you enter you really feel at home. The beach is less than two minutes away on foot and the Stairs of the Turks is about a ten minute walk. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and very welcoming staff. Giuseppe was great with communication and welcomed us. Mrs Angela was very helpful and answered all our questions when we were on site. Giacomina cleaned the apartment beautifully. They were all very friendly and hard working. The pool was clean and quite quiet most of the time meaning our girls often had it to themselves. We had a very relaxed stay.

We had the top floor, penthouse apartment, it was fantastic. Great view from the bed and the huge deck Walk straight onto the beach Scala dei Turchi just around the corner. Chico and his wife couldn’t be nicer, made sure we parked fine, gave us a milk as we had our own breakfast upstairs, they supplied plates and cutlery for us, lovely couple.

Disappointing, we drove specifically to the city because of...

Disappointing, we drove specifically to the city because of the location it wasn't mentioned anywhere that you need to buy tickets in advance. We arrived at the site at 11:30 in the morning and were told that the sale of tickets had ended and it was not possible to attend the conference. It was really disappointing and there was no service and they didn't explain to us why it ended at such an hour and they didn't treat us and all the people who were there.

A nice place for families. Sandy beaches and calm

A nice place for families. Sandy beaches and calm Shallow waters for the kids. Seeing the Scala de Turchi was amazing though we could not get walk on it as they now have an admission fee 5euro and I could not get tickets for the day, so that was disappointing. I was told the tickets had to be bought in advanced and the website was not user friendly.

Scala dei Turchi is wonderful.

Scala dei Turchi is wonderful. It's nice to sit here and just look at the sea - and you can also take great pictures. The view is fantastic. In nearby Agrimento, the Valley of the Temple is not to be missed - you can spend a day here.

Realmonte was a very local place, with not a lot to offer...

Realmonte was a very local place, with not a lot to offer turists. The beaches are great and the restaurants are mainly at the beach front. There are very little to do in Realmonte, however I do recommend taking a trip to the Vally of Temples, which are very nearby and truely amazing.

There is a problem when you arrive.

There is a problem when you arrive. There was an entrance gate with broken intercom and no one to meet us. I wasn't sure this was the main entrance. I did not understand the email sent during the afternoon describing how to find a key. I telephoned the owners number on Booking.com and was told to ring another number (which didn't work.) Luckily another guest let us in and showed us the key safe and how it worked. Without their help we would be stuck. We wanted to cut short our stay but the owners were lovely the next day and made us feel much better. It was like an episode from TV series 'The Prisoner'! It's a lovely location if you like being remote which we do.

This B&B has been opened for only five years but the place looks as if the owner had started his business . The whole place is fresh and greatly maintained. The on-site parking is a +. Our hosts were charming and ready to help. The breakfast was « ottimo » before taking a relaxing walk to the beach where is the beach front restaurant Maragia… great friendly people.

Very nice location on a walking distance to Scala dei Turchi and the beaches in the area. The room is very clean, having comfortable beds and a spacious recently renovated bathroom. We were welcomed really nicely, good communication from the host before arrival and he met us to show us where to park and how to find the house. Beautiful views from both the terraces, and a lovely easy walk to beach bar and the scala dei turchi. A few minutes drive to shops and restaurants in Realmonte. Hope to return one day!
