The staff were all so pleasant and very helpful!!! From the breakfast to the cleaning staff and especially the front desk managers. Martina went out of her way to help us arrange transportation. Daniele the night manager was helpful upon an early morning arrival. The location is right in the downtown and close to everything. Had a nice view of the park below. Look forward to staying again!

After over 6 hours of driving we needed a place that had ample parking, easy access and air conditioned. Hotel Remilia ticked all the boxes. It was very easy to get to. It is set back from the highway so there was no noise. It's 10 minutes drive away from the town center. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way. The room was big and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed.. But no tea tray. Cafe is in the lobby, and they will bring you anything you like to order from there. The staff were quick. Got an iron and board 5 minutes after I requested it. The receptionist assisted us booking a wonderful restaurant in town ( as they may not speak English). She even ordered a taxi and informed him of our destination. It's 11 euros in a metered taxi. The town has a ZTL zone where only authorised cars are allowed in. Check Google for ZTL zone if you want to drive there. It's a very beautiful town. Taxi stands are next to Piazza della Vittoria. Or get the card from the taxi and call them whenever you want. They speak English and they arrive almost immediately. Breakfast is good..and if you require anything special I am sure they will try to make/get it for you. The hotel restaurant opens after 7pm ( as do most of the restaurants in towns in Italy). Don't forget to enjoy their ice-cream. It's gelato galore!! Open till 11.30pm!

I was enchanted by the old town.

I was enchanted by the old town. I was here purely by chance for a wedding and had no idea that this city had such a beautiful old and cozy center. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes "old" Italy.

Beautiful old building with a fascinating history.

Beautiful old building with a fascinating history. A great job has been done to restore and renovate Hotel Posta into a comfortable, inviting hotel with attention to touches that made the stay feel luxurious. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and white linen tablecloths were changed between every sitting. The location was also good, making it easy to walk to delicious dining spots and to other historical sites.

This hotel has incredibly helpfull staff who had no problem adjusting the dates of my stay as well as a room upgrade. The property having a gym is also very helpful if you want to work off the carbs. The room is very spacious and the location is good for being in the middle of Reggio Emilia. For breakfast, a lot of options are provided!

Host was very professional and helpful! We felt like home, you have everything you need. Even we had a little issue with wi-fi, he solved it in one day! He is really responsive and everything you need, he will provide. Location is also perfect, so close Reggio Emilia center and railway station.

This is not a typical holiday appartment. Instead it is a comfortable home with beautiful furniture and decorations. It is located is a quiet area yet 10 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes walk into the charming centre of Reggio Emilia. I highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel in the centre of town. A great breakfast with so much choice. We felt like royalty as the decor was gorgeous. Our room for three people was huge , all beautifully clean and well presented . Staff so friendly
