Very good location with huge free parking space in the property.Very close to the bus station. You can take the bus for visiting Bologna and takes 15 minutes for the center of Bologna (piazza Maggiore) without worries for your rental.Very friendly staff with perfect restaurant .in the moment we arrived the receptionist offering us a coffee free of charge and we enjoy it in the garden of the property. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast because we left very early in the morning for the airport. The room was very clean also the bathroom is very good equipped. It is ideal place for visiting Bologna without car. We will return in our next vacations. Ps the motorway is very close but the room it is soundproof and we did not lessen the noise.

amazing staff, excellent food, wonderful room - only not easily reachable by foot (have to walk over bridge where‘s a lot of traffic) but other than that, it was an AMAZING stay! Would definitely come back.

Great location, I could take arched walk to the city centre. There are nice restaurants nearby. Receptionists offered the guide of the city with restaurant and site seeing recommendations. Many restaurants/cafes nearby as well as groceries. Had a good sleep, the room was big and quiet, good insulation.
