The staff went above and beyond - we received a lovely room upgrade, and they made and brought us an entire cake when we celebrated a birthday! Everyone was kind and professional. The suite was spotlessly clean, well furnished and spacious. Beds were great, and having a coffee on the terrace in the morning was just lovely. Good breakfast. A nice beach is a short walk away, and a pool is available as well.

The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of salty and sweet options, pastries, and coffee. We checked out in the morning but our flight was scheduled for 23h00. The staff let us pass later in the day to shower in a bathroom near the pool and provided us with towels. That definitely improved considerably the comfort of our trip back home and added tons of value to our stay in the hotel.

All on offer here is fantastic for a 3 star hotel, immaculately clean, the pool was absolutely lovely. Breakfast in the morning was everything acceptable in a better star hotel! Staff so friendly and helpful. Your room cleaned every day, fresh towels when needed. It’s a little bit of a walk into the centre of San Teodoro about 25mins, but well worth the walk (All flat). Great atmosphere in the bustling square especially on a Saturday.
