Lovely hotel. Super clean and cosy. The sauna and steam room was amazing and clean. Sauna was very hot and nice. Staff were so friendly. At breakfast you can get cooked eggs and other bits.

The pre-arrival online communication was seamless—all my questions were answered promptly, making the whole preparation process stress-free. Check-in was a total breeze, and the room exceeded my expectations: it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The free parking was a huge bonus, saving me the hassle of finding and paying for a spot. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and varied options to start the day right. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the stunning scenery—I got to enjoy magnificent sunrises right from the property! What’s more, this area offers much better value for money than staying in Ortisei, and driving to Ortisei is super convenient. This homestay is a hidden gem, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It's 4*+ hotel and it deserves it's rating fully. My single room was spacious, with balcony and full-side bed, big wardrobe, and even umbrella and backpack (!) for use of the guest. I opted for half-board and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. Small indoor pool (where you can swim nevertheless) connecting to smaller outdoor part with jacuzzi, with plenty of chairs and snacks/drinks corner. There is also a sauna and a spa I din't use as it's only open till 7pm. In your room there is bathrobe, pool towels and a bag for them (but somehow no slippers) for the pool. Amazing mountain view from the pool and the room. Underground garage is very convenient, suitable even for large cars and with direct elevator access to all floors. I was allowed to leave the car after check-out and given free ticket to cable car shuttle (8-12am). Very nice bar/fireplace space on 1st floor close to the restaurant where you can chill after dinner. Excellent staff both in restaurant and reception. I had problems with settling my bill due to error of booking site, and it was resolved very professionally within 30 min.

We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(. The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay. Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage. A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!
