It is a small, very attractive town with absolutely unique...

It is a small, very attractive town with absolutely unique ancient monuments: amphiteater where Spartacus once performed, good local museum and a Mithreum - trully exceptional. There is a number of cafes and restaurants - prices are very reasonable and food quality very high. It is an easy train ride (51 minutes) from Naples. 10 kilometers from it is Caserta with a monumental royal palace of Burbon kings of Naples - it is must see.
