This property was very beautiful with a unique style. I enjoyed the yard, the parking spot, the little figurines around the villa. The hosts were super helpful about everything. They showed us the best places to eat, what to visit, where the best gelato was 🤭 and they even offered to accompany us by car to the center one of the days so we wouldn’t have to take the bus. Usually the property is easily reachable from the center by bus. The bus station is a walking distance from the villa, a pleasant walking in the quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The villa offered us coffee at any time of day whenever we wanted as well as a nice light breakfast in the terrace that had a nice view of Florence. Really appreciated the comfort, the warm welcome, the peaceful nights and lovely mornings with a view and birds singing.

Lovely, comfortable, friendly hotel with a delicious breakfast and a super comfy bed with perfect linen for a great night's sleep. The hotel was in the perfect location too, near to the centre with easy access to all the sights.

La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home. The design of the hotel and rooms is gorgeous, while being practical; and I like the attention to detail. Will definitely be back!

Everything. The best experience with booking.com. Location cannot be better. The view only is worth. I like the bathroom, decoration is contemporary and clean shining. Friendly staff provide everything you need. We have three persons and with two big luggages. The Room is big enough to open luggage and still walk smoothly.

Very stylish Hotel, top staff. Breakfast good, no buffet style. Location is awesome, 5 min to the Cathedral. Bed very comfortable. Water and Nespresso was refilled daily. Can’t ask for much more.

The staff and service was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. A/C very effective. The breakfast was good. In the afternoon free coffe, tea and cakes and from 18.30 to 19.30 free prosecco and wine. The location is great and we have found our hotel in Florenze forever.

Great value for the price.

Great value for the price. The room was very unique and spacious. The staff was great, the hotel owner even came to our room at midnight to kill a spider we saw. It is quite far from the city center of Florence, however, a bus comes every 20 minutes or so to a nearby bus stop. The views were amazing, the only negative was the distance to Florence.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city - but only a...

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city - but only a single bus ride away. 3 times an hour through the day. Fairly tranquil village, traditional in the best sense. A couple of bar/cafe/restaurant options - but limited. Pharmacy, Deli, no nightclubs - yay!
