The hotel is not renewed and not too comfortable but….. THE VIEW!!! OH MY!!! THE VIEW!!!! They have been so lovely to upgrade us to a sea view room and it was just amazing! And the sunset!!!! Seriously… just these were worth every penny. Great and clean swimming pool, staff absolutely helpful and polite, always with a smile! If the rooms are not so nice… it is not an issue, believe me! We’ll definitely be back!

Amazong location, right at the sea front. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Irina helped us out with sightseeing/ restaurant and even parking space recommendations. We also had a rental car which we could park in the garage right next to the hotel entrance - that was very convenient.

Rosy was a fantastic hostess, she was able to meet us earlier than originally planned. The room was clean, she had arranged some extras for our comfort which was heartwarming. The area was lovely and a 1 minute walk to the seafront. My mother and I needed some assistance to visit Palermo and Mondello and Rosy along with her husband helped us so much. Lovely family, lovely location and we already cannot wait to come back!

I loved my stay Unico Hotel D'Arte! Monica, Livia, Veronica, and the rest of the staff are amazing and so kind! The property is a hidden gem and has the prettiest vibe and views. Breakfast each morning was lovely. My room and it's views were beautiful and it was hard to leave the balcony each day to visit Mondello and Palermo! Highly recommend!

I would like to leave a positive review about the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, very tasty food (thanks to the chefs!). The sea is next to the hotel, a good beach. I really had a good rest. Every evening live music and dancing. Thank you, I will come back.

I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

The quality/price ratio is adequate, and the location is excellent. For those who love the sea, this hotel is perfect, both for its beautiful sea views and its beaches. Those who enjoy seafood can do so at a reasonable price!

A lovely place with excellent restaurants.

A lovely place with excellent restaurants. An excellent base for visiting Palermo. A day ticket for public transport is inexpensive. We were there in April, meaning that despite the beautiful weather, swimming and the beach weren't yet an option.

You can reach Termini station by train in half an hour.

You can reach Termini station by train in half an hour. The restaurants at the harbor are great. You're also right in Modello. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Palermo city center but still be close to the city, this is the perfect place.

Everything is quite neglected, the streets and sidewalks are in a state of disrepair, and some restaurants are outrageously overpriced. A very positive exception: Rosso Cavallo! Great food, excellent value for money, and very friendly staff. We ate dinner there three times.

Excellent location, right near the beach, many restaurants and a supermarket. Our hosts were wonderful, although we didn’t speak the same language fluently we managed to make it work and it was lovely. They were always ready to help us however they could, and made us feel very at home. Breakfast every morning was delicious too. A lovely place to stay and we hope to come back!

Staff very welcoming. Communication with Irina was amazing which made everything so easy. Being able to message and get quick replies was perfect. She sorted out any minor things very quickly. Chose room with balcony and lovely watching the street and the sea but had to wrap up warm. It is well situated with station 10 mins walk away so could get to Palermo easily.

accommodation, although not located in the center of Palermo, is only about a 15–20 minute drive away. It is situated in a small fishing village, which turned out to be a blessing — I was able to discover wonderful homemade cuisine and meet warm, welcoming locals. For me, this was the greatest advantage of staying here.
