The apartment had everything you could need for a stay. From oven, cooking top, coffee machine , kettle , microwave and toaster ( which we used none of ) was all there and in good condition. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean and warm. The owner was so nice and breakfast was very good. For kids this was a paradise. There are ponies, horses , sheep, chickens, geese, rabbits and a cat. We were also very fortunate that only about two weeks before we came the rabbits and chickens had babies and the lady brought our children to see and hold them. We will definitely return here.

Stopped here for two nights on a motorcycle trip to visit the nearby Stelvio and Umbrail passes. Stayed in a spacious self catering apartment which was clean and well presented. Didn't have much to do with the staff as it was a short stay and we didn't have breakfast but check in and check out was quick and painless. Very quiet location and lovely views from the apartment balcony.

The villa is out of the city, if you need some supermarket, you need to drive either to Sluderno or Prato allo Stelvio. Both small, compact nice vilages. The location is perfect for making a trip to Passo allo Stelvio. Therefore we have chosen this appartement. There are plenty of hiking tours to choose from. Also, I was very nicely surpsrised that the local buses Sudtirol, will drive you for free to any area they operate (with the appropriate card we received at the accomodation).

Schluderns is a perfect place for relax with nice walking...

Schluderns is a perfect place for relax with nice walking paths around and above the little town, much water, very green and big trees, so that it was the perfect place to get some cool after a hot summer in southern Italy. From here people can do beautiful bicicle tours along the valley with all those apple trees and take also the little train connecting all places. Not far is the wonderful Stelvio national parc with the highest peak Ortler glacier 3.903 m and wonderful hiking possibilities, easier and professional ...... At 3 fontane 3 Brunnen it offers waterfalls and great panorama, situated after the little spot Trafoi. And You get very quick also to Resia at passo Resia, next the austrian frontier with its two beautiful situated lakes and mountains around. Glurns is a very beautiful medieval little town and a must to visit. and not for You can go also to nearby Swizzerland . I can racconmand Schluderns as place to stay for a very nice holiday.

The village of Schluderns is beautifully situated between several mountain peaks. Many attractive excursions are possible from here, such as hikes or bike tours (mountain biking or road cycling). Motorcyclists will also find exciting destinations in the area.

Schluderns is a small village with some very old buildings.

Schluderns is a small village with some very old buildings. The people are very friendly. There isn't a huge selection of restaurants or cafes, but it's sufficient. From here, you can access various hiking trails. Everything is easily explored on foot.

I think they're most beautiful in the summer, when everything is more accessible. In December, when we went, almost everything was closed, even in the neighboring towns, and it was sad. We drove a lot to look for things to visit, which were inexorably closed. If we'd known, we would have gone to different areas.

A beautiful South Tyrolean village.

A beautiful South Tyrolean village. Merano and Bolzano are easily accessible from the train station. Travel is even free with the guest card; in addition to the train, you can also use the bus lines. There are lovely, wide cycle paths for short or long rides. Plenty of hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. There are also playgrounds for families with children.

Fantastic small hotel with a very personal touch. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Used as a base to cycle the Stelvio Pass, for which it was a great choice.
