Highly recommend Sandra's place! She puts her heart and soul to make sure her guests feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay. The accommodation has free parking on a flar area near the unit. That's important, because Soriano's roads are narrow and abrupt. This unit is also in a very convenient location, within walking distance to centro storico as we attended Sagra delle Castagne. All basic supplies at our disposal. Clear instructions for accessing the unit. Clean. Modern finishes.

The flat is beautiful and fully equipment and the host is lovely and very helpful. It is the best flat I have rented. I wish we could make use of the two lovely balconies but it was too cold (february). I can see myself enjoying the view. The location is perfect for making short trips around the landscape within a short distancances. You can also reach it by train which is perfect. The town is pretty and full of things to do and walks. Bakery and fruit/vegetable shop downstairs. Bar across the road. I was surprised how quite the flat is despite it central location. We will return!

Maria Grazia and Cesare were wonderful hosts. When we arrived from the airport they greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. They upgraded us to the apartment which had large rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Outside there was a terrace where we could relax on an evening. The parking was convenient and we were provided with a fob for the gates. The b and b is in walking distance of the town which was great for getting down to see the nightly events and go to the restaurants in Soriano. The breakfast was phenomenal every day, there were homemade cakes, pastries, lots of fruit and meat every morning all served in the beautiful breakfast room upstairs. Everything about our stay was wonderful and Maria Grazia and Cesare were so congratulatory when half way through our stay we got engaged. They were also very kind giving us lots of recommendations of places to go in the local area and over in Umbria.

The rooms were gorgeous, the view from room 3 was so beautiful. And frescos! We loved everything about the hotel-both receptionists, Raul- the guy who helped us with a luggage, breakfast which they made especially for us because of early leaving, interior. Thank you for a hospitality!😇

    We were four friends traveling together.

    We were four friends traveling together. We have been friends since we were 8 years old, and we were celebrating our 50th birthday. Everything exceeded our expectations - inside, outside and the host. It was jus the perfect balance for us. We recommend it or anybody looking for a retreat in the country side, but still close to a municipality and several historic sites and hot thermal pools - it is surely a house in the woods. We just absolutely loved it, and Simona was so friendly and gave us amazing suggestions on activity in a short drive away. The atmosphere was so friendly that we would rather stay in and cook dinner than go out - just so friendly, cozy, and welcoming :)

    The town is small, but it has a very personal atmosphere.

    The town is small, but it has a very personal atmosphere. The people are all friendly, they are not yet facing a mass influx of tourists and it shows in their great willingness to help, to treat. The surroundings are extremely charming, but it's good to have a car; public transport works well, but it's still not that frequent, which is understandable given the location and size. Soriano is a small place, but there are plenty of sights to see, and it's possible to enjoy its atmosphere, which larger places don't allow as well.

    The facilities were excellent, but the property was...

    The facilities were excellent, but the property was difficult access due to steep narrow streets. We called and the management arranged for us and our luggage to be picked up in the parking lot and brought to the resort. At checkout they returned us to our car.

    I used Soriano Nel Cimino as a staging point for day trips...

    I used Soriano Nel Cimino as a staging point for day trips around Tuscia. Easy access to Viterbo, Caprarolla, Vallerano, Fabrica di Roma, Lake Bracciano, Civita di Bagnoregio, etc. The town itself has quite a number of attractions such as the Palazzo Chigi, the Orsini Castle, Papaqua fountain, and a lovely centro storico. The food around town is great. My favorite cafe was Cocoa Caffe on the main square.

    This place is really exceptional - and this is coming from a hotel freak:) It is called "palazzo" and it really is a palazzo - super spacious, with painted walls and ceilings, lots of art, luxurious bathrooms, complimentary wine bottles (notice the plural!:)) and other beverages and some food. Also, super comfortable beds, pillows, towers - everything high end. Memorable stay.
