I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel BV last Saturday and it was truly an extraordinary experience. The room was absolutely beautiful, furnished with premium-quality furniture and thoughtful details. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Aqua Panna water in the room — a nice touch that speaks volumes about the quality of service. Everything was top-notch, but what made the stay truly unforgettable was Claudio. He welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. On top of that, he prepared the best Wagyu beef I’ve ever tasted — simply unforgettable! I will definitely return whenever I get the chance. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 km from Bergamo Airport, which makes it even more appealing. By far, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in this region!

Our arrival flight at BGY got delayed for 2 hours and we were out from the Exit gate at 23:15, the pre-arrangement made by the hotel @ 30 Euro,s was exceptional as the driver still waited for us and in just no time we were dropped at the Hotel. We also appreciate the environment friendly steps takes by this specific hotel.

Great accommodation, 5 minutes from motorway, next to shopping mall, Leoland, McDonald's and with big car park. Huge easy access elevator to the hotel floor. Top: Very comfy king sized bedding, great en-suite bathroom with strong and hot shower and all amenities you need for a good night's sleep including AC. Very fast and stable wifi, big TV screen and refrigerator, free hot beverages in the lobby with very good coffee choices and also a vending machine. The breakfast was 5 stars+, fresh, tasty, rich and a big variety of sweet and salty choises of great quality. The best was the staff: Very welcoming, always smiling and available, let's say customer service at its best. Absolutely recommended, also for an overnight sleep over for an early morning flight out of Milan Bergamo airport which is 10 minutes by car.
