We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. Our heartfelt thanks to Andrea for making our stay not just a trip but a memorable experience. His warmth and exceptional hospitality have left a lasting impression on us. See you soon!

A unique place with great breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed here at the end of May - before the season. We were alone in the villa. The villa itself is nice, everything is clean and fragrant, the rooms are like in the photos. The lady who was in charge of cleaning the rooms and breakfast was very nice and helpful, even though she only knew the basics of English. I rate the location as a big plus - close to Cagliari by car as well as the southeast or southwest coast where we went. There are groceries and a restaurant right below the villa at the end of the street. Another plus was the parking right in the villa with nice patio from groud room (yellow). We have stayed in Casa Mia for one-week, last week of July 2025, family with 3 children. The house is spacious, with two bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped with large space to serve meals, barbeque facilities outdoor and small swimming pool, perfect for kids while we prepared meals. We loved to stay separated from our kids on the upper floor, and kids loved to have their own floor and bathroom. Location of the house is in a residential area with street and court parking. From here we were able to do many south beaches. Cagliari is 20 min away and easy to access. Restaurants and market facilities are available at few minutes.

I highly recommend booking the Suite category – it’s exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet welcoming, with great attention to detail in every corner. The entire staff was outstanding – extremely friendly, genuinely helpful, and highly professional, always going above and beyond to make the stay special. Service felt personal and warm without ever being intrusive. A great bonus is the secure garage for parking, which is wonderfully convenient and only €20 per day – a real plus when staying in the city center.
