At first I was put off by the building, and then by the lobby. However. the receptionist was so classy and kind that he allayed my fears. He directed us to their parking garage just by the hotel and we reentered the hotel via a tiny lift which was stuffy and stifling, badly in need of a face-lift. When we went up to the room we were dismayed by the heavy dark decor, but it looked clean and comfortable and it was only for a night. the shower stall was really crammed. We settled in and went out to explore and upon returning the lobby was lit up and had taken on an entirely different aura....very nice. Likewise the room, it was better in the lighting. the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not much interest from the staff though. There's a lovely little garden and pool, and a tiny gym looking onto the garden.

Wonderful apartment very big and beautifully decorated. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Shops with delicious pastries, a pizza takeaway and very nice coffee shop are all very close. Walking to downtown took us about 8 minutes. Lot's of free parking on the street.

I loved this holiday stay. It provided me with everything I needed as a solo traveller, unfortunately I could only stay one night. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, cooking condiments, cereals, juices, water, pastries, coffee, milk, even ice-cream! The air con was efficient, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, the sound-proofing must be good because I hardly noticed any external noise. There is a parking space directly in front of the property, great for a couple of motorbikes or a smaller car. I would highly recommend this property in this very lovely old town...

Terni is a wonderful city. In my opinion it's a hidden gem of Italy. It's an easy 1-hour train ride from Rome, and on the way to all the northern Italian cities. Terni Centro has almost no cars, so incredibly walking friendly, full of cafes, gelaterias, and pizza. All, with picture book old Italian architecture. Also, Terni really comes alive after 4pm!

Terni was great as a base.

Terni was great as a base. Good rail connections to Assisi, Spello and Perugia. Nothing much in Terni itself. Try to find accommodation close to railway station. We used taxi to get to Cascata Marmore but there is a bus.

We stayed only one night in Terni!

We stayed only one night in Terni! we received a very warm welcome from Anna and recommendations and assistance with local restaurants for our evening meal. Our apartments were very comfortable and had lovely views over the hills. The residence is right beside Collescipole - beautiful old town which we wandered through the next morning. The Marmone Falls are also well worth a visit. Would highly recommend a stay.

Apartment is well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, very welcoming. It's all you could want, and in an absolutely super location. Check in was a breeze, the hosts couldn't have been more helpful with their instructions on getting and returning the keys. Temperature in Terni was in the mid 30s during my stay, so the plug-in cooling unit was much appreciated, particularly because property is an attic apartment, and got quite hot.

Fabulous place to stay! Marco and his father were wonderful hosts, so friendly and always available if needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything provided and free parking on site. The location is superb - a short walk into the centre of Terni. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection offered. We will return on our next visit. Grazie mille.

Staff was extremely helpful. The room was quite warm as air conditioning wasn’t working yet so they changed our room to a cooler one We dined in the restaurant attached to hotel and it was delicious with some of the best waiting staff I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth going back just for that
