I had the pleasure of spending a 10-day stay at Sa Iba Resort, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the atmosphere at the resort was very friendly and welcoming. Dani, who took care of us during our stay, deserves special thanks. He was incredibly attentive and always available to help in any situation. His professionalism and dedication made us feel at home. The breakfasts at Sa Iba were good. The restaurant was delicious, and the staff always tried to meet our expectations. It's a great place to enjoy local specialties. The resort's pool was huge and perfect for relaxation. The cleanliness and care of the pool area were impressive. Spending time by the pool allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, Sa Iba Resort is an excellent place for a vacation. Thanks to Dani's care, delicious breakfasts, a large pool, and the charm of this place, I couldn't have wished for a better place to relax. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Sardinia.

The house is right next to the beautiful Foxi Manna beach and has a very cozy, familiar atmosphere thanks to the host Giada, who is very kind and accommodating. Our room was extremely clean and the interior modern and stylish. Close to the house are many wonderful places to explore, like well maintained hiking trails along the coast and Monte Cartucceddu, Nuraghe, and the Grotta Su Marmuri. We also enjoyed a wine tasting at the Sa Pruna winery of rich, local Cannonau. The beach is an absolute dream for swimming and stand-up paddling and the mountains close by are a nice challenge to explore by bike. We stayed at Giada's house in the beginning of May, before the main season, and were the only guests at the time and had a very calm stay, which we appreciated.

We spent a lot of time looking for reviews of this apartment on different sites before we booked but none were available so we knew we were taking a chance booking this accommodation and I did have some concerns about the lack of information I could find about it or the local area. These are our impressions after a week there: The apartment was in a beautiful, quiet location, and definitely had some of the quietest beaches we found in Sardinia in August with some lovely beach bars. This is definitely a very unspoilt and serene area of Sardinia. The sea views from the apartment were lovely and it felt very safe. Communication from the owner was very good and she gave us recommendations before our trip and helped resolve some issues while we were staying by kindly buying us pizza at a nice restaurant. The aircon was strong and ducted through the apartment. Pool was clean. Lovely restaurant on site called Shardan with very friendly staff and lovely Italian food. It was a short 12-15 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach and there were rocks even closer to walk to and swim and snorkel from. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings in the apartment were pretty. The owner kindly left a packet of pasta, a jar of pasta sauce and a bottle of water for our arrival. There is a lot of development going on nearby to the site and the area seems to be being developed but there was no building noise or traffic in August.

The villa was amazing! It was super clean (which is something we always pay attention to), spacious, and had a very homey feeling. It had everything we needed and more. The garden is beautiful and outdoor space was great for us to eat and hang out in the evening, including the hot tub and the hammock for relaxing. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix, youtube, etc. if you need a break from the heat and going outdoors. The kitchen is very well equipped and it has absolutely everything, the hosts even left us juices, cookies, and coffee to enjoy which we appreciated a lot, there were also little shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom that smelled soooo nice. The villa even came with lots of items for keeping mosquitos and flies away. We were in love with the villa all throughout our stay and we wish we could stay even longer!

The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.
