Three years ago, before the pandemic, we spent 12 nights here at Roots and absolutely fell in love. We are now returning for another 10 nights. Roots is located on a wonderful beach, surrounded by beautiful green plants and the fantastic colors of the sea. The rooms are clean, the beach and garden are well-kept, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The whole Roots is family friendly and lovely, we love being here, we love the Jamaicans here. There is always music here 🙂 They organize great concerts in the evenings and do everything to make you feel good. The chef makes great food and is always friendly. Thanks for being here again! We will definitely be back! 5*+5*🤗

Staff are friendly and accomodating. There’s an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and beach bar. Lounge chairs and beach towels are provided. Tours and water sports can be arranged through the front desk. The resort is located on the beach where additional hotel restaurants and bars are also along the glorious 7 mile beach.

Everything was great, the location was the best, the staff were helpful, charming and attentive. What can I say it's right on the beach and so whichever unit you rent the beach is just steps away. There is a nice garden at the facility and they work hard to maintain it. It was beautiful. The mangrove tree is just at the beach with shade as cool if you didn't want to be in the sun. The restaurant had good food and very reasonable prices. $2.00 USD for Red Stripe during the day very cold and good. Our time there was too short and would definitely recommend it and would come back there if we could. Our room was clean, neat and working. Nothing bad here just a great place to stay. We actually stayed an extra day because it was so nice there.
