Amazing hotel located in the middle of a huge, bustling shopping street. The location made exploring Sendai extremely convenient! Rooms were exactly as pictured, and also extremely clean. Arriving in Sendai a few hours earlier than check-in, the complimentary lockers were a lifesaver. Would absolutely stay at again if traveling to Sendai and would recommend to any travelers who aim to do so as well.

Excellent location for people travelling by train, comparatively spacious room (for Japan), impeccably clean, friendly staff who spoke very good English. Breakfast has a variety of fresh, high quality foods for both western and Japanese tastes. Staff spoke amazing english, extremely kind to help us reserve restaurants and send our luggage through ta-Q-bin. Willing to hold on to some luggage until we needed it to be sent.
