Excellent location with direct connection with the airport, helpful staffs to help me with check-in, the room was larger than expected, wide selection in the buffet breakfast, I stay dry on a rainy day for my flight home. Last but not lease, great price !

Stayed with family which included a preschooler, in one of the Japanese style twin rooms. Bookings weren't the easiest to get (I think multiple groups cycle in and out as a final destination before heading to the airport) but I'm glad we did! Staff were friendly and spoke English well. Room was large and comfortable (minor inconvenience of having to take off your shoes at the lift landing rather than at your room). Easy access to the airport (even the local trains weren't crowded in that direction in the morning and we had no trouble going in with our luggage), and to the tiny and beautiful cafes of the Pottery Footpath locale! Aeon mall was one stop (or a short walk) away.

Other attractions were boat racing and Costco Wholesale store next to Aeon mall. Some bus rides were free. Tokoname is also close to the International Airport.

    Location is good - near the airport and there is a huge mall next to the hotel. Can spend a whole day in the mall as the mall is huge. With cinema and onsen in the mall too. The hotel room is clean and big. Value for money as breakfast is provided and free parking. Complimentary hot drink.

    The hotel is well connected to the airport. You can pack your jacket away if you are going to and fro between airport and hotel. Airport has plenty of food choices. Breakfast at the hotel is good. Value for money. Room is comfortable.

    The hotel is very near to the pottery pathway. It is very near to the train station also. The location is good. Can go to Aeon with free bus to take from the train station. The breakfast is not bad.

    Location. Wanted a hotel nearest to the airport for the next morning flight. The lounge at the lobby is comfortable though only water and coffee are provided.
