The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and shopping center yet quiet. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Tomomi Murata, who helped us find the most economical way to travel from Haneda to Narita. The breakfast was superb, the room was spacious and cleaned daily I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo.
