Best location - close from Odori/Susukino subway station, bus stop, airport limusine, department stores, convenience store, TV tower, Odori park, just anything you would want. Friendly staff - helpful, informative, quick. Free coffee at the lobby every day. Great view - in my room on the 13th floor we could see the tv tower & nice view of the city. Clean & warm & quiet room There’s nothing more I can ask to a hotel. It is just the best you can get especially for this price, highly highly recommend

The hotel was close to the train station, and had a 7-11 right next door that could be accessed without even leaving the hotel. The room was spacious, with a large selection of amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The onsen was very enjoyable.Their breakfast buffet had many options, and I was happy to find a selection of local dishes.

Location: Near restaurants, JR Station, Shopping malls, Sapporo Tanukikoji shopping street. McDonald's is just opposite the hotel. All can be reached by walking distance. Very convenient. Toilet: Very clean, Room: Twin room although smaller BUILT-UP, but we are satisfied with the soundproof wall (can't hear flushing noise frm next door). Heater and humidifier provided.

This is a hotel set up for esports videogamers, but you don't have to be one to stay here. And you should stay here because it is amazing. Everything is brand new & thoughtfully chosen. They have clearly spent a lot of money on the place. It is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. My room had twin beds, private bathroom, kitchenette, huge TV, and its own washing machine. The dryer in the hotel is paid for but not expensive. There is also a racing videogame room set up with powerful PCs & consoles and steering wheels, pedals, etc., and apparently it is free to use; it looked great although I didn't use it myself. So the place is perfect, but at an astonishingly low price. I paid less per night here than I did for capsule hotels elsewhere in Japan, less than sleeping 9 hours in a manga cafe. I think they are new, and not many people are staying here yet, but I hope they are successful because they deserve to be.

The location is amazing ! It is located near the subways which lead to the city area and airport very quickly yet conveniently ! Furthermore,it has a variety of food options right beside it so it is another good aspect for us ! It was only been a few days since I have left the place and I already miss it.Definitely going back to stay there the next time I travel to Hokkaido again.
