A very cozy place, ideal for relaxing and with everything you need. Very comfortable. There were six of us and we had a great time. Good location, although a bit far from the station if you're carrying large suitcases. Very good service from the person who helped us, always looking out for us to guide and help us. Well, this hotel is a piece of art, its design is outstanding! We loved the look outside, we appreciated the entrance, we admired the small lobby and we enjoyed the room for dinner (and breakfast). A paradise for aesthetes. Really! And the best: Using the buffet is somehow for free. If you stay in the hotel, you can for example have dinner there - it's included. And the food is great, the breakfast delicious! And the rooms and the location are also very good. (We were so unhappy that we had to leave earlier because of typhoon Shanshan... and btw we are still waiting for a confirmation of the hotel that we had to leave earlier as foreseen for our insurance.)

I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.
