Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

This was my best night in Japan, I loved the stuff, the onsen, everything in the room. I slept very well (the room is totally soundproofing and it was very clean) and had a great time in the onsen. Free laundry was also a great help.

We had to check in after 11pm due to our flight, and the hotel staff were very gracious about it. The room was a comfortable size for two people, the bathroom was lovely, and the view of the bay was exceptional! We would absolutely stay here again, it was the perfect respite after two flights! Bonus: staff were very kind to lend us scissors to unparcel our luggage (we were rushing and had to leave them in the lobby, so I hope staff found them!)

This is probably not the newest hotel in Kawasaki but that doesn't affect its service quality... Affordable price, clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff, accessibility of additional services (such as laundromat) and a great location near the rail and bus station (only 5 min of walk). They also offer to keep your luggage after the checkout, until you leave town. Definitely a great stay.

Superb room for the short stay we had. Allowed a late check out which is a bonus. Learnt that for an additional fee I could get access to various amenities at a club nearby and expect to pay for this next I come - which I WILL. The location is great. Easy to go to suburbs being close to JR station and with as many malls and supermarkets to access as you’ll ever need. - of most price levels!
