The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. Beds were very comfortable. View from the room was exceptional - both day/night views. I especially liked how the bathroom was stocked with large bottles of refillable soaps & shampoo bottles plus the skincare products. It was not limited to the standard small bottles. Our room was a Bay Club room and it was nice to have complimentary access to the Bay Club Lounge on the 25th floor and the complimentary drinks in the frig. Location is excellent!! Train station - Sakuragicho within close walking distance, shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, drug stores, entertainment all within Queens Plaza and Landmark Plaza totally amazing!! Enjoyed orchestra entertainment in the Queen Plaza. Amusement part right across the street from the Yokohama Bay.

There were two options for breakfast (continental and japanese), both very good,and the personnel was amazing: very friendly and helpful. Great hotel, wonderful sea front view room, spacious, with a Japanese style bathroom. In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.
