The view of my room was nice even it's city-view. Breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly and caring. When we came back from outside with lots of snow on our jackets after our dinner, the manager saw us and gave us towels and warm packs immediately even we didn't ask for. This accommodation is located just a short walk from Kokura Station, right in the heart of Kitakyushu’s main attractions. You can easily reach almost every popular spot on foot. The room is spacious and affordable, offering three separate beds, which is something you rarely find in Japan. Honestly, I almost don’t want to share this review—because if more people discover this place, the price might go up by the time I book my next trip! It’s that good. I’ve stayed here every time I visit Kitakyushu, and my travel companions have all been extremely satisfied as well. Last year, they offered free luggage storage, but this year it’s been replaced with coin lockers. The coin lockers at ChaCha Town are quite small and may not fit large checked luggage. So if you want to store your bags after checkout, I recommend using the coin lockers at the hotel or Kokura Station. The lockers at the hotel are spacious, accept card payments, and allow you to set your own password—just make sure to write down the password you set! Overall, this place continues to be my top choice whenever I visit Kitakyushu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.
