Absolutely loved the space and accurate to pictures. Staff at checkin in were super helpful and explained everything really well. Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.

I really liked this hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, and a nice view. Super friendly, English speaking staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. Nice calm surroundings; you can walk to the rice fields. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area, also Thai and Indian. You can also go to the spa (2 minutes walk from the hotel), which is nice. Note that in Japan, people with a tattoo are not allowed to enter the spa.

Authentic hotel despite being a few years old. Completely unique service that we cannot fault. The breakfast alone is a strong reason to visit the hotel. We would have stayed longer, had we known the quality of the hotel.

The shuttle bus is extremely helpful as it works efficiently from and to Narita Airport for my morning flight to Taipei, Republic of China. The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

I loved that the Hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. The hotel is in the main city location. And the room was very clean and the staff gave so many free toiletries as well.
