Wonderful. Ai at reception was kind and helpful. I stayed here because I wanted to watch a football match at the stadium which is right next door. I didn't have a ticket and Ai and her colleague helped me get one using her colleagues membership card to book it on line. Ai speaks great English and answered all my questions. I was there at the peak of cherry blossom season and took a bus for 15 minutes from Kameoka to Nanatakigawa, a relatively unknown spot, which was wonderful. Kameoka is quiet with some great authentic restaurants (recommend Hatori) and only 20 minutes from Kyoto station. The onsen is perfect too. Highly recommend.

Our entire stay was beautiful from beginning to end. My partner and I travelled across Japan for around two weeks, and this might have been our favourite place to stay. The location, the staff, the room and the meals were exceptional. My favourite part were the facilities and the kindness of the staff. I have never felt so welcome as a customer and as a guest!
